A nice place, perfect for a date or to work. Great service, very friendly and very good tea. It is very popular, and it's very small unfortunately so it is hard to sit inside, but there are nice tables outside too.
BLUF: Solid coffee offerings, get coffee here if you’re at The Pearl, but wouldn’t come to The Pearl to get coffee here. Local business.
I’ve always had a great experience at Local Coffee Founders at The Pearl. Their cold brew is a reliable thirst quenching caffeinated option if you’re in the area, and they offer all of the coffee shop staples you’d expect.

Local Coffee, which is a coffee house in San Antonio, Texas that is located by the Pearl, is a lovely spot for a coffee stop when you're in the area!! My first visit occurred after taking a walk on the San Antonio River Walk to the Pearl, and I found this shop to grab a latte before walking back to my original destination.
