Was very excited to try out a new tea with my grandma and sister. Cashier up front was kind and helped me with selection. I went to the bathroom and a tea was called out so my sister asked what kind of tea it was to verify my order. Barista with purple dyed tips on hair said “I don’t know” very rudely and ignored her. Very upset because I was a barista for 5 years and never spoke to customers like this (even on busy days). We also tipped $6, not sure why she gave an attitude.

Both lattes I've had have been alright, nothing spectacular and are quite expensive for the size. I do appreciate the local aspect of it as opposed to chain coffee shops and for that reason would choose it over others.

The atmosphere is great and RELAXING. The pastries in the store is delicious. The S'more Latte me and my bestie had is definitely tasty. ?☕ ???Great place to hang out with friends and family. ????
I have been to some of their other locations, but this one is probably my favorite. The location is great, and the patio is really nice. The staff was helpful and kind. You have to try the London fog it is by far the best I have ever had.

I really don’t understand what’s going with all the Merits in San Antonio the seats are suck and the coffees are over priced. I come here everyday and for some reason they always put the temperature super low like I sit here with a hoodie on plus a jacket on top and it’s still freezing I’m trying to understand if you all are just freezing the place so people can buy the overpriced coffee and leave like how am I supposed sit here and do work when it’s literally 30 degrees cold.
