Matcha is not good quality and they don’t put NEARLY enough in their lattes. Mostly milk. It should’ve minimum 4g of matcha and it’s like 1/2 a tsp. That’s why in the photos on other reviews you’ll notice it isn’t bright green like very popular matcha spots, very muted, and the flavor doesn’t come through. Wanted to love. Sorry :/

10/10! I tried the Maple Pecan Shaken espresso and it is amazing! The baristas were super nice and thoughtful when I told them about how I have celiac. They took the time to make sure the coffee i ordered was gluten free and dairy free to fit my accommodations! Definitely going to be visiting more often!

I would come her a few times a week, but I had them correct my coffee because I didn’t like it, & they didn’t like that. The girl with little eyebrows & pink hair got mad & just told me to ask for it a different way at the register. I pay $9 for this coffee, nothing wrong with having them modify it. I also heard them whispering as I was walking.

Bought a 16 ounce cold matcha no ice with oat milk for $8. Only filled cup 2/3 and said that’s all I get. Should have gone to Starbucks and got a full 20 ounce for the same price.

Had a lovely visit here to this location after getting a minor dental procedure down the road and I needed a pick me up. The customer service is exceptional. I had some dietary needs and when I asked what was in different pastries they were happy to get a full list of ingredients to show me. I also wanted a caffeine free tea and they helped me find those options. Loved the Lemon cake! Yummy! Also the Rosela tea is also a nice compliment if you’re looking for an iced tea that is caffeine free option.
