It’s always packed but I take my matcha etc to go. Love that I can order ahead on the app. Hard to find parking In This shopping center but well worth the hassle.

The coffee was good but the service is pretty poor. The girl at the counter in red top and two red ribbons was rude and did not care to notify us when the coffee was ready. Her attitude ruined my experience. Would not be returning for sure!

The coffee and the atmosphere itself is good, but unfortunately the customer service really takes away from the experience. The staff seemed nonchalant and more focused on chatting among themselves than paying attention to customers. Didn’t even call us when our order was ready. By the time we realized, the coffee was lukewarm. Overall not a good experience.

Coffee is really good, but just like all of the other Merit locations it is over run by students who camp out for hours and hours. It’s impossible to grab a coffee and sit in this place. It’s ridiculous. There should be some sort of max time limit for these college students.

Coffee is great.
Got a donut here once; and I decided to never buy a pastry from a coffee shop again._.

The last time I visited this place it was called Local Coffee. It was also much easier to get to back then. Now there is traffic everywhere and hospital buildings and shopping and the only thing it lacks is parking.
Still great beverages and kind staff. I hope this place is open forever!

Coffee is good, but I don’t go there as much as I’d like because I can never find parking.

The atmosphere at this coffee shop is so authentic and local. This was my first time here, Valeria peocises excellent recommendations. I came for a short business meeting, and was surrounded like-minded individuals. The noise level is moderate, the coffee and customer service is amazing! The selfishness in me only wants to recommend to locals but that would be a dishonor to tourists lol

Stopped in for a matcha latte and lemon loaf.

The staff is friendly and helped me pick the lemon loaf. I ordered an iced matcha latte. Thankfully, their matcha isn’t sweetened. It was good overall but I prefer hot matcha to iced. That’s on me, not them but iced matcha tastes more like milk than matcha. Silver lining - I LOVE their ice! It’s like having mini icebergs in your cups.

Extremely slow when getting coffee. There were 4 employees but only one as the barista. Once I got my coffee the milk was burnt making the coffee bitter. I attempted to get a refund but the line was too long
