Logan's Roadhouse

Slow afternoon for this place. Some employees entertained themselves, while others were hard at work. I sat at the bar, the guy behind the bar was great. Great service. The food I ordered was done well. I noticed a manager conducting an interview. When he was done, I summoned him over. I asked why they had it so cold inside. His response was, "Well, I'm not cold." I responded by saying my food was served hot but it got cold really quick from it being too cold in the dining area. He said "I'll look into it." That is not a good response in my book. Someone needs to have a better explanation why it is so cold in here.

They will offer you steak sauce. I suggest you accept. Ate at the bar as I was alone. Service was poor. The bartender attempted to give me another person's order when I was still waiting for them to take my order. Ordered the Onion Brewski Sirloin, medium-rare. The center may have been medium-rare when it arrived, but the outsides had ZERO PINK and it was tough. By the time I made it to the center it was medium-well. I was not asked how it was cooked, but with the slow service I was just hungry and wouldn't have sent it back anyways. The onions thankfully gave it some flavor. Resorted to A-1 which I don't think I have used for 20 years. Caesar salad was good. Coleslaw wasn't bad.

The greeting staff was really nice but our waitress was really rude since the beginning. When she never came to take our order after sitting there for a good while I went to look for her and she rudely said “I have more tables.” Our food arrived cold, I ordered my steak well done but it arrived burned on the outside and red on the inside anddd served me a very little amount of rice. And the steak had no flavor.

I'm giving Logan's 4 stars for their great service. I usually like their food but wasn't crazy about the pulled pork. Hamburger with fried cheese is the bomb! The rolls are neverending and are delicious and addicting!

I specifically went in for their nee Prime Rib. I always order my Prime Rib medium. The steak we medium-well to well & way over salted. I should have returned it but chose to ate it. Ithe manager asked me how my meal was as I was leaving & did offer to make it up next time. I really should've said something & it would have been remedied.

Horrible customer service!! We waited 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by our server to place our order and another 20 minutes for our meal. I observed 5-6 servers talking & laughing in the kitchen near our meals. At that point I was over the entire establishment. I returned my meal without eating anything. The manager came over to apologize by then the damage was done. I would NEVER return to that location ever again!!

Host was great. The bartender ignored us and when we asked who was working she said just a moment they are showing me something. It was me and my friends first time. We got up asked for a manager "Lauren Doke" so she said her name. When we told her what happened she said well she was busy with other guests. So we told her we weren't happy. She told us to calm down clearly not understanding we wanted her to just get us help. So we left. Will never return and can't wait to contact corporate about our experience.

We had our company Christmas lunch on Christmas Eve here. I had the rib-eye with Mac and cheese and their fresh potato chips. The rib eye was cooked perfectly to my liking (medium-rare) and the Mac and cheese was to-die-for cheesy. The house made potato chips put it all over the top. Our server was attentive and efficient. Can't wait to go back!

Paula, our waitress and Lauren the manager were both so awesome! They took our steak back and cooked it just a bit more and were so polite and patient. Despite it being pretty busy, they took the time to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Service was quick. Food was delicious. We always come here and enjoy a family night out.

If you go here pay cash don't pay with a card they will rip you off. My bill was 53 dollars and some change. I wrote 5 dollar tip on the reciept then check my bank account a few days later and I was charged 60 something.

My husband and I came here for a late lunch and we are in love with the food and ambiance. Walking in we are welcomed by a friendly host and quickly waited on by our server. Our server was timely and our food was to die for! We have decided to make this place a go-to place.

Logan's fillet was so good I came back and ate it again the next night. Good quality meat, great rolls, and a fun atmosphere. So good I forgot that it was a chain restaurant.

Excellent service! We had a huge group for our annual Christmas banquet. They had plenty of help for us. The kitchen messed up several orders.

I have been here twice. First time I was served cold food. I had the steak and shrimp combo. Despite being cold the food was tasteful. Second time I went to Logan's. I went because I figured I'd give it another chance. I ordered the onion brewski steak with fries and a salad. My steak was unappetizing with too much butter. The fried onions were bland. My salad was drenched in ranch. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the bread, peanuts, and french fries. I did not mind the customer service. My only issue is the food.
