Not a fan of them charging customers for kitchens they don't even have anymore. To me, that's fraudulent.
Waste of time and effort. Have to now babysit that they actually refunded the money. I have zero trust with this situation.
Facility was not user friendly, dirty and the ghost kitchen concept is dying since COVID is long over.
Beware that what you order is actually something they still offer and if you're just throwing your money away.

I've only purchased from Gindee's Vegan and Cypress Cafe. Both have fabulous food. The mango sticky rice and the rice soup from Gindee's are pretty much a staple at this point (am I feeling under the rather? The soup fixes it!) and the Tofu Gangjeong from Cypress Cafe is going to be joining that list.

This isnt a food court. Its a community kitchen. There isnt any customer service interaction. You order through the food companies app or through the kiosk on location. Then, when its done, you pick it up from the lockers. Make sure the company of whatever food you want is open, as to not waste the trip here.

I live down the street so it’s convenient to have a food hall. Unfortunately, we will not be returning or recommending. 1st attempt, Ou Mami forgot all the condiments for my Pho, so I had a sad meal but at least my family’s plates were flavorful. Tried the wings decent . However, Tonight we said “yeah we are done here”. We ordered the pad Thai from Thai Express. Ridiculously overcooked, oily and bland complete mush! Everything was the same texture and color grey brown. Sad, little meal. Then we ordered orange chicken from china cafe. Same deal overcooked mushy rice and a few pieces of chicken with a side of bland orange sauce!!! Still can’t get over the tastelessness of the orange sauce, that’s a first for me. Lombrano food hall has potential but really needs to work on quality especially with those prices!! So for now it’s an expensive disappointment.

Purchased from The Happy Egg for the first time and I was so disappointed. Ordered waffles(4 to an order)..when I received my food there was one very..very small waffle. Waited for someone to assist and after 20 minutes still no help. Waited another 15 minutes. Could not get the guy to understand that one order contained 4 waffles and that I was not paying 10 dlls for one tiny waffle. Finally after another 15 mins they came out with correct order..4 tiny waffles but when asked if they came with syrup..I was told " Idk..Im new" and he shut door.

Cypress Cafe has the hands-down best Korean food! So fresh, authentic, amazing! They always include a special "thank you item" each time you order. Personal favorites are their shrimp appetizer, chicken Gangjeong, and tteok- bokki (which I had never tried before but wow- it's addicting!). Thank you!!
Whoever came up with this idea was a genius 1 stop shop in a locker lol . it was so many things to chose from I had the chicken ribs. And fish and I also had the shrimp and when I say it was good it was dame good I’m from Washington DC and I’m very picky when it comes to my food now the pull up will get you .. parking lot is different lol but overlooking the outside the food is delicious please try it if your ever near …

Oh, my pasta should be shut down at this point. The food is absolutely disgusting. My daughter got food poison. I’m sending the health department to your facility for the food that is spoiled that we were given yesterday making her sick all night.

The food hall is neat and we got sandwiches from The Sandwiches Deli ordered the Tex mex cheesesteak and montecristo and sadly it was not at all what we expected. Montecristo was so soggy and greasy and cheesesteak was something they just threw together. Very disappointed😒

Be careful when ordering from Noods Mexican-Asian Fusion!!!! Food I ordered for my wife was bland and had no chicken, only one piece!!! I contacted the restaurant directly they said they would give me credit, they couldn't do a discount. This was almost a week ago now they wont respond. So i contacted to Food Hall and they said without a picture they could not do anything. So we lost money and the food was not good!!!
