Restaurant opened at 7 am. I got there early and stood in line waiting for them to open. Once I got in and was going through the line, this was my first time there so I didn't know what they had to offer. I was skipped over by the attendant because I didn't know what I wanted and therefore I was pushed through the line as the line was already 20 people deep and I felt like there was absolutely no consideration for what I would like to order. I will never go to this place ever again

I could speak volumes about this restaurant but I guess the best thing I can say is I really love this place. Whenever I travel to San Antonio it's a must stop. The Annual Muerto Fest is one of the trips my Family enjoys and we immediately buy our Muerto bread when we get there and its absolutely delicious as are all the different breads. From the design of each location to the kitchen and spacious eating areas this place is very well put together. There are lines almost every time I have gone but they move fast. The Fideo soup is the bomb on a chilly day. Just like my Mom used to make it when I was a kid. The sandwiches are delicious. There is a steak and eggs plate on the menu that is mouth watering oh and I can't forget awesome cappuccinos. Did I mention the best Mimosas in town. Get the large. Trust me. As soon as you walk in and take your first bite you'll see why I love this place.

We came here to get some sweet bread and coffee because we were going to meet up with my brother for breakfast later. The line was to the door, but moved fairly quick. They not only have sweet bread, but you can also order breakfast. I thought the prices were a bit high, but after the first bite, I would have paid even more for it!!! I got the pecan and raisin roll, one of the best pieces of bread I've EVER tasted!!! My cafe miel was also delicious! The breakfasts other people had looked great as well. This was by far some of the best pan dulce I've ever had!

Found this excellent bakery in San Antonio. The tequila almond croissant was incredible and the star of the show. The Tres Leches croissant was awesome also. Soda fountain was different but excellent. I recommend this great bakery.

Had breakfast here rather than pay $50 each at the hotel. Amazing breakfast, brilliant orange juice and friendly service. One minus, America please learn how to do hot black tea with milk ??

Extremely disappointed. No service what so ever. Staff had no sense of urgency, only one person working pastry line. One person working the cashier and he didn’t have any since of urgency. didn’t care that it took 45 mins to get food. Watched hot food on the line sit for 15 mins before they decided to take to table. Also watched the move bread back to the line cooks and drop a loaf on the floor and didn’t even notice. Really want to go back but I will not with service like this despite to quality of food.

An excellent breakfast eatery IF you can get in. Week ends there is a line up along the block, so go during the week early. After placing your order, find a table and let the pastries float to your table. You will have to go many times to get your fill of the foods. Enjoy!

En primera los tacos estilo dominica son grandes no son mini tacos y la salsa nada que ver Los tacos son de carne desebrada no de brisket

The line was to the door when we walked in. Don't worry, it moves at a good pace. Good food, pastries look delicious but didn't try any. The owner was working the dining room and checked to see if we needed anything. Told him no, but I was impressed that he was bussing tables. He was in the middle doing what needed to be done. Gotta love that!

Wow sums it up! Stepped off our flight into San Antonio and saw their billboard in the baggage area. Drove over for breakfast. Their pastries are some of the best my wife & I have tasted and their Alamo breakfast burger ranks in the five of any burger we have tasted. We went back a second time!

We visited in Dec ‘22 with a family with children. We ordered 2 lattes w/almond milk, monkey bread, tres leches croissant, chocolate duo cake, 2x French toast, and Ranchero Eggs Benedict with Turkey and it came out to $73.72. The latte, eggs benedict, and French toast was delicious and would recommend. Very flavorful and good portions. Our kids split the French toast. The latte was hot, which is exactly how I like it. Most places serve to warm and it gets cold right away and that upsets me. Be prepared for long lines but super friendly staff. The only complaint is that the food didn’t come out together. We got the pastry first and had to wait for the coffee. Then came the eggs benedict and we had to wait for the French toast. Definitely worth a visit if you are in San Antiono and was delicious breakfast/lunch menu.

I don’t usually write reviews but after our second consecutive visit for breakfast while on holiday in SA I just had to give a shout out. Food is excellent, prices are very reasonable and service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend as a go to spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Will absolutely be back here the next time I’m back in town
