Food was not good or service
I placed my order at 12:17 waited until 12:50 before I got very upset. My order was never ready. The staff kept blaming it on the COD I ordered. Really???? You should have said how long that takes. I would have ordered something else. Staff is very unorganized. I will never go again.

I live near Northwest area near Ingram never had any issues with the long John's near my hom.... Happen to be in the area visiting my mom's cemetery. This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do better long John's on hiring these very disrespectful employees! If could I would attach a conversation and a picture! To top it off the food was very cakey and very much undercooked! Employees should not smell like marijuana while talking orders!
