I had never had A&W before, so I was very scared to even try. At the drive thru, the man taking our order was a bit old, so I think he had a hard time putting the order in on the device, but he was nice and did get our order right. We waited maybe 10 minutes for fresh food, and it was FRESH. The burgers we ordered were hot, juicy, and made right. The 2-piece fish combo was fresh and good as well. Ordered cheese curds which were also fresh and delicious. Very happily surprised!

The sole purpose of this review is not on the employees, service, or atmosphere... but on the poor constructed management team. Went in the drive thru (which is designed to used for express service) and was told by the speaker box that they were backed up with orders and it would take 10-15 minutes before they could take my order. Now, if the management team had any sense of actual experience, they would be having more employees in to cover the expedite of orders. That long of a wait is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous and a major fail on the management end!

I noticed that the converse location is permanently closed but its still on the directory and all of the hours just said its closed please remove that location from the list because locations that don’t exist should be removed

This store is always closing early literally an hour early. Manager literally told me their closed Wednesday at 9pm came in last week at 9:30pm and they still closed early even on a Monday. I'm 8 and a half months pregnant and just wanted some great food and a root beer float. I love this restaurant but now I'm definitely thinking twice. And not me nor my groups will be dining here again.

It was a slow day but the drive through cashier avoided coming to front register to take order even though no one was in drive through. Just stared at me as if wishing I left then from outside someone finished their smoke break and assisted me

So where to to begin.1] Root Beer tasted like what I imagine watered down foam of root beer would taste like.2] ordered hush puppies and got fries. Yeah I should have checked, but the other side is they should have gotten my order right.3] the dude fishing for tips. Bro your service was slow, and you got my order wrong. Which is sad since I was being nice and respectful. I was in the drive thru close to 10 min before I got my food and I mean at the window waiting for the food. Had I gotten my hush puppies, I could understand.4] I got two drinks a pepsi and a Root Beer. Both were that depressing foam water.I paid a little over $24 for:2x small baggie of fries1x med drink1x largeAnd 2x A2 which were the only the things they got right.Go to McDonald's, Wendy's, BK lol anywhere but here and get more food and most likely your actual order.
