I like the consistency of their food. It's always fresh and hot. The service provided by the lady that help us out was amazing. She made you feel welcome and it wasn't just us. We could hear her talking to everyone that dined in with the same enthusiasm. The place was nice and clean.

I love Loretta! She is an absolute gem in the fast food industry. She was very patient and did her best to give me the most food for my money. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't quite up to their normal standards. That may have been due to the quantity ordered (18), though. I'm willing to give them another shot, just because Loretta is employed there and I know she was aiming for the best customer experience.

How is this location still open? Drive thru is horrible. Menu falling apart, speaker not working and out of so many things. Taking 10-15 minutes per car and you can’t leave the drive through due to the way it’s made.

There was a sign in the drive thru saying the speaker broken, to order at the window… not a problem.The employees were nice, but the food was not good. Extra soggy with oil, it all tasted as if it had been sitting a while.I hate wasting money on BS.

Well they locked the doors and force everyone to go through the drive thru even though it's all old food fish and dried up & stuck together hush puppies with extra oil and stale. I'm literally so disgusted I don't think I'd be going back to for years if ever. Truly truly a horror show. Sad too because that used to be such a great location. Never again.

Sign on speaker says pull up due to speaker not working. I pull up to the window and after 5 minutes of sitting there a worker finally comes up and say they only have 2 fish, and blah blah blah left. He then said hold on let me check and comes back and said the manager took out the drawer...so he closed the store early at 815 pm..this location used to be good it's worse every time I come .I hope it close down with bots sorry customers service.

I went there last night and the worker emiliano who was running the register is a good employee and has good customer service and the food was delicious I always love this long John silver's it's me to go I love the way they batter the fish and chicken it's so good btw they have the best employee Christopher too he's a good employee too

It's Long John Silver's! It's a classic with that twist that makes you wonder if it's money laundering lol. This one, however, is a classic and the feel is just that! Good staff with classic tasting LJS food.

A dying restaurant where workers will cut corners to make their bottom line in profits. Posted operating hours are not kept so if you go for just outside 'lunch' time, good chance no one is there. NO ONE.

When I left SA two years ago I loved Long John Silvers. Came back for visit in hopes to have that LJS food I remembered! This was horrible. The tarter sauce was not same as before. Fish crunchies were burnt and now I gotta have that stuff in my teeth until I floss!

Pickup order. 1st: missing 6 shrimp in the order that was for 2 fish and 6 shrimp. 2nd: For the chicken, fish shrimp dinner, a chicken plank is about an inch across, 3 inches long, 1/4 " thick- maybe. The greasy, soggy shrimp are about size of a dime, and barely cooked. The fries in both orders were greasy, soggy, barely warm, piled on top of fish. Hush puppies were greasy soggy tasteless lumps, the fish tasteless, greasy, soggy.the green beans were ok. The coleslaw did not have too much mayo, not much flavor either, but it was crunchy. Everything tasted like it had been sitting around all day. Alka Seltzer or Pepcid AC should put in bag instead of 20 condiments we dont want...
