I really like the food. It's when did the last few places that still has a good old fashioned comfort food however the condition of the restaurant just seems to be going downhill and they had all the sodas were out of order except for 2. I really think they need to do a deep cleaning and maybe keep this place open however it kind of felt to me like you're just there to get paid but not to work. Under my table was gross and pretty much like that in the most the table was super sticky the salt and pepper shakers had stuff on them.

Second visit .. cashier was rude when asking questions. Batter on fried foods had 3 times to much salt brownie frozen when brought to the table couldn't even be bothered to microwave a few seconds... Charging for ranch when salad on the plate. Love the portion size so we came back a second time and that did us in. We won't be back also not busy yet tables not cleaned off in half the restaurant

I’ve been several times & the food is good, not great. Dependable comfort food. The order takes awhile. The last time I was there is the last time I will be there. I ordered to go at the counter. The order was placed & I began a long wait. I asked & was told my order was almost ready. I waited longer & no one told me that my order was lost. They offered a refund, no apology, no excuse., & no food. Goodbye

the food was great, super filling and delicious with flavor. the issue was the place, everything was broken or dirty the men’s restroom handle was almost coming off and the stalls were dirty and graffiti everywhere. all the tables were chipped and the floors had stains would recommend for take out only.

We have been coming to this location for years but sadly will not return. The customer service leaves much to be desired, the cleanliness is a concern and the food is mediocre at best. When we arrived today the line was relatively long and the kitchen looked pretty busy so we exited to wait a bit but what we did not expect was to have to wait due to the cashier. When it was almost our turn the cashier decides to ignore the entire line of people and carry on a conversation with the 3 girls ahead of us. This conversation was not anout the menu but rather about an anime character, the customers hair, etc. she even held up the line to dig out stickers for the customers ahead of us. There was complete disregard for anyone else. Once it was our turn we had the complete opposite experience. She was flat and borderline rude to us. Not friendly at all. After all this we waited and waited and waited for our food. The people after us received their food before us and once ours was ready it was wrong and luke warm. There seems to be a huge lack of management oversight here.

I've been to Longhorn cafes in the last week when was great and the other one was quiet nobody in there and tables were dirty the one in Alamo Ranch is actually crowded tables are clean people are enjoying their food near Austin Highway thought it was closed three people working and tables dirty
