Went there with wife and her friend. We got two burgers, chicken tenders, mushrooms and onion rings. Food was great. Staff was friendly and polite. I recommend this place.

This place is usually really really good but.. tonight i was very disappointed. Dinner for the family and my mom couldn’t even eat because the burger was so pink… that’s not usual from this place but idk hoping it’s a one time thing..

This place is a must stop when I'm in SA. The burgers are on a whole other level, and the fries/tots are equally amazing. Parking can get a little crazy, but well worth it. Will be back soon.

For 3 yearsnow,Just a sad place .
I have visited this Longhorn cafe periodically for 3 years.
They have consistently got my order. Incorrect /missing portions.
Meals I've ordered,Feeding 3 adults ,On the regular, I order 2 chicken fried steaks meals with mashed potatoes, tater tots, and cream gravy , also a simple double cheeseburger on sour dough no mayo please , it comes with lots of mayo no mustard. I'm so confused. I'm assuming that they're just not reading the tickets or they just don't care. I have complained in person while dining in ,
i feel it falls on deaf ears, but when you live more than 25 minutes away from the restaurant and you get home from a long day of work, not all your food is in the bag . It just makes the rest of the day go down . Now, the long drive back just for gravy, tots, or your toast, one of the many items that have been missing on the regular. This particular one is very consistent with being inconsistent on the accuracy of your order. Overall, the food is good. Otherwise, I wouldn't keep going back. Service is just really gone Downhill for some reason.

It was lunch rush but we had a lovely experience. Our food was delicious. The chicken fried chicken and the chicken fried steak were tender and the season was just right. Great customer service.
