Went to eat for lunch with my family. We all ordered the Big Juicy and did the combo which included a drink and a side. We all got the onion rings.\n\nBurgers were good as was the hand battered onion rings. Would definitely order it again.\n\nThe biggest complaint I have is the rancid trash smell that was present around the soda/condiment station. Came to eat here haven’t been since maybe a little after the pandemic. Well ordered the chicken sandwich it was yummy! Unfortunately I wanted pickles on it and the bald cook said to bad they don’t come on it. Went to the cashier inquiring about how to get pickles and Alessandra went out of her way to get me some! From taking our order to resolving my pickle problem she was amazing! Will come back just for Her!!! She’s wonderful 🙌🏽
I love this hidden gem. Not all longhorns are the same and this sets itself apart from competors with simply raking care of their customer. I ordered a chili pie but forgot the jalapeños. I didn't tell the staff I told my husband and the cooknsaw I looked disappointed so he came over to ask what was wrong. I told I forgot the jalapeños. He got them for super quick and even. Gave me a cookie. It's not the first time they did something like that. Staff is ALWAYS pleasant...
