Cashier was a little on the aggressive side when asking about substitutions. I had to ask for my receipt. The drink area is dirty and full of flies. This place is not busy at 3pm. Employees are just standing around and talking. The Last that they can do is clean the drink area. Poor management here.

This was my first visit, I ordered the hamburger combo. Nice big burger, the onion rings were fresh and delicious. The meal is well worth the price… I recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Disappointed to say the least. Team could not handle evening rush. Hamburgers were burned and fries soggy. Turned away from buying 3 milk shakes. Team appeared frustrated and flustered. Came with family to enjoy and left unsatisfied. Even worse, not all employees wearing hairnets. This is a counter interaction order with open kitchen. Guest can see their faces and hear them.

The food we ordered was ok. Had better. The kitchen staff that prepared the food was great but the cashier a.k.a Jasmine was rude, not polite and straight to the point. Her customer service skills needs work.

This place used to have some good hamburgers, but not anymore. The patties have become so thin, I'm not sure it's even 1/4 lb. Feels like I'm eating more buns... the beef patty got lost. The price increase on this burger is a major disappointment.
