Spoke to manager and he blamed it on new staff. This happens every time we go, so that is a copout for not actually managing.

Menu needs to include details. If a vegetarian or kosher customer selects 'green beans' as their side. There is NOTHING written anywhere that it's loaded with BACON. So if the staff doesn't consider asking the customer "Our green beans are loaded with bacon here, is that okay?" Then the restaurant will get stuck making a replacement side to replace the original side after the customer receives their food and speaks up (bc that's what the lady tried to do with me, which is good customer service). But then I had to throw away my green beans, which was a waste. And the inconvenience could be avoided if the MENU could list a few more details. Or the STAFF could've considered letting the customer know the green beans are loaded with bacon, while they were placing their order since it's not listed on the menu

How is this place still open? How can you not qualify check orders before (door dash) delivery? How can you offer delivery but be unable to package orders so the don’t end up with wet bread? Why would you send fish but no tartar sauce. Actually no condiments were sent. Wet buns. Dry fish. My Mac n cheese was mashed potatoes (no gravy). The Guacamole Burger arrived with no guacamole and soggy wet bottom bun. Just poor quality. If you don’t care, just don’t offer delivery.

My husband & I dined in this past weekend and we always order the same exact thing when we go (cheeseburger & fries for him and chicken tenders & sweet potato fries for me). However, this time we weren't that hungry and we decided to order the triple decker club and fries & tots. OMGGGGG that was plenty for both of us and so delicious.?? I highly recommend that club sandwich hands down!

I tried The Longhorn Cafe for the 1st time today. I got the Big Juicy combo for $15.00. The burger was neither big, nor juicy. The patty was flat and lacked flavor. Below average. Then I tried the fries. They were undercooked. I told the girl at the counter with rings and tattoos all over her face. She turned around and gave me some new ones that looked like the ones I just got. I mentioned that to her but she didn't care. So much for customer servise. She just kept on working. I definitely won't be back.

Had fried mushrooms and the mushroom Swiss burger. Fried mushroom were really good, they’re huge and served with a large bowl of cream gravy. The burger had a bit too much char taste for me but my husband seemed to like his. He’s really picky but at the whole thing so that’s a positive. The only bad thing was it smelled dirty when you walk in the door. Could have been an old mop but it’s a bit of a turn off for us. It was our first date night in a long time so I convinced hubby to stay and roll with it. Overall our visit was ok, place could use a good cleaning though.

Have eaten here a few times. Not sure what has happened recently, but the place reeks either bad sewer venting, or something similar. There was trash under every table I could see from where I was sitting. Food was decent, though the onion rings and fries were in the fryer to long......
