Too cold in there. Even my husband wanted a jacket.I alternate between tots and fries to go with my cheeseburger, both are really good. Onion rings are tasty too.
Never had a bad burger from here. It's always good. You can sit outside for a more private experience. Onion rings are great, just need a little more batter. The fried mushrooms are huge and fried perfectly, but need a little more salt.

Great food and customer service. Chicken fried steak was a large portion and excellent flavor.
Our inaugural and final dining experience left much to be desired. While the food was mediocre, the prices were reasonable. However, a forgotten order and subsequent miscommunication soured our visit. What truly disappointed me was witnessing one of the female workers openly disparaging us to her colleagues. Despite the pleasant environment, with a rating of 5 out of 10 for the overall food quality, neither I nor my family have any intention of returning..

Unfortunately, this was probably my worst visit to this location. It's usually really good. I'm not sure what happened. My rating is solely on this visit.The place was full. An open table was hard to come by. You had to clean the table yourself and push the previous person trash to the corner of the table. A busser eventually came out, but it was after I had already waited for, ate, and was ready to leave. That's too long, especially when you have a full dining room.I had the CFS sandwich with onion rings. The wait wasn't bad, considering how busy they were. Unfortunately, my onion rings were cold & greasy. Greasy, because they had already cooled down. There was no flavor to the batter. It tasted like just plain flour. It needed some s&p. The sandwich was warm and steaming when I took a bite. Even tol the very last bite. Either it was fresh & warm when served, or it was too cold inside the restaurant. The bun was a bit hard on the outside edges. I had to peel it off and put it to the side.I have had a much better experience here on many occasions. I'm not sure what happened. I'll be back. This was not a normal experience. A bad day, maybe? Too busy? Short staffed?It happens.I wish I was writing about my expectations being met or exceeded. That was my plan.Maybe next time?
