Invited new neighbors to try Longhorn Cafe in Leon Springs. We go there often. They have the Best burgers (called the Big Juicy) near Fair Oaks. We are never disappointed. Our friends agreed with us, wholeheartedly.

Went last week and it was wonderful. My husband really enjoyed the milkshake and it was made perfectly with lots of whip cream. This week, the milkshake he ordered didn't get made as we were told it would be first thing after ordering and it was not made when our food was ready 15 minutes later. OK - I realize they get busy. My son then had to encounter five employees just to get the milkshake handed to him for my husband. Also no whip cream though it was ordered with it. Was told the whip cream was frozen. Some of the employees had very poor attitude when just trying to get the milkshake that was ordered 15 minutes before and already paid for. Not sure why the cashier is having to make the milkshakes but clearly the system isn't working because she had to take other lunch time orders and it didn't get made when it was suppose to be made. And why it took so long to get handed the completed milkshake when someone was standing right there in front of it the whole time and then walked away knowing full well someone right in front of him was waiting for it. Was told he was still 'in training' as the excuse rather than a simple 'I so sorry this happened' is the correct response to a customer.

Amazing food and amazing service!!!!Fried pickles and fried mushrooms are so amazing! We found our new spot!!!! Well worth the price! And too be honest it’s not even expensive!

The environment was very warm and welcoming when we entered. The staff was friendly, the food prices are about the medium range so it's not too expensive to have a dinner there with a family. I had the Double cheeseburger and it was super tasty and filling. All in All it was a very good dining experience!
So disappointed in Longhorn. I ordered two burgers and tots via Door Dash. Only one burger and tots were delivered. I called Longhorn and they said their cashier keyed it in wrong and I should order it again???? No apology just said there was nothing they could do about it. I explained that if I ordered again I would have to pay again. It was their fault I didn't get what Iordered and paid for. This is the second time they messed up an order. Manager and staff don't seem to care. I know times are hard but it would be nice if they would act like they care.

The service here is completely rotten... Constantly messing up orders and having the worst attitude toward customers. I tried them again after a previous issue and thats it.Of you want an accurate representation of this brand, eat at the Blanco Rd location. They'll treat you like a paying customer.

Very unpleasant experience, I ask for a combo and pay along with 2 more combos, when receiving, a combo does not bring fries, I let the cashier know and goes with the grill and they just ignore me. I let them know again and with screams he answers the one on the grill that doesn't pay for it. I check my ticket and it actually comes 2 combos and a burger. I mean they were wrong, I tell them if I ordered 3 combos, it wasn't easier to tell me hey I'm wrong to mark wrong if you want the fries is so much $ more and ready, there was no need to yell at me and treat me badly just for my English with accent, if they don't like immigrants put an ad on the doorstep.

Ordered through Grubhub. Order delayed by 1.5 hours. Also called to see if I could swap ranch for gravy. Was told no. Not in a polite “so sorry” way. In a “yes. I already said no to that” way. Food showed without even the gravy. Wow. Just wow.
