Everything was great. Sirloin steak and baked potato were dried out and over cooked. The ribeye and parmesan crusted chicken were amazing. Wild west shrimp is a must try

Aside from our server being so nice & attentive; there were mice/rat droppings on booth shelves and saw an actual mouse running around. I was stunned! Being pregnant, I couldn’t finish my food because I was just so fearful of catching something & beyond disgusted. Told the manager upon leaving. We weren’t offered anything but a “thank you for letting us know.”

Did not really like the food here, I asked for my steak well done and it came out pink with blood, returned it and they cooked it again and the second time it was a bit more cooked but other parts of the steak came out bloody a 2nd time, I was unable to enjoy it due to seeing the blood. I've eaten at other steakhouses and I would rate this one my least favorite overall and not just the steak but all the food overall.

We love going to the location on Zarzamora & 35 because of the excellent service we continue to receive. First, Johnny, who is on the management side of things, always comes around to make sure our visit is going well. He really makes us feel at home and like we're more like family. Thank you, Johnny, for your hospitality. It goes a long way! Alysia and Lex are two of our favorite bartenders! Alysia's drinks are amazing, no matter what she makes you. Lex also provides us with excellent service. This is just a small fraction of the team at Longhorn, and it seems Johnny is first leading by example because each time we've gone, we are always treated absolutely great! Thank you, Johnny, Alysia, and Lex! You are all doing a wonderful job!!

Waitress was not very attentive and hard to find. It was extremely slow so that made it very frustrating. Took a very long time to get our drinks and food. Then my steak was raw not medium rare! Unfortunately, because the waitress did not stick around to check the temp of my stick.I had to wait a while to send it back and I never had it replaced.What a disappointment for a steakhouse very disappointing. I will never go back

My server Michelle did a really good job. I have never had my waitress hand me a special drink that was a peach tea with a an orange in it. Not to mention she kept asking me if I needed anything else. Great service from her. I'm definitely asking for her when we return to eat here again.

We waited for over an hour and a half to be seated. There were 3 tables they could’ve put together to seat us but instead they finally sat us after one occupied table was free. Why not sit us where there are 3 open available tables that could be put together to seat us? At one point there were like 4 front of house staff standing at the host table, so they clearly weren’t that busy. We went on a Monday as well. Menus are dirty. Train your hosts please.

The GM at this location is the reason for the 3star review. Thank goodness the waitress & and the kitchen staff make up for his ineptness. They in fact, were outstanding! As a small business owner(non food), my ENTIRE success rate has EVERYTHING to do with customer service and hospitality. Again, the server and kitchen staff outshined the GM.

Had an awesome steak, cooked to perfection by Alex, my server Leeann was on point, making sure my table was not lacking anything, I also observed danny the manager checking in on customers and mingling with the guests to make sure things were on point,all in all a great place to eat
