Everytime I come to longhorn, I never get served immediately. I always have to find the manager tell them we've been waiting then I got waited on. The most recent time I was here my waitress had her family in her section, which isn't a problem normally. The problem was that she was sitting at the table with her family, her back to her tables and eating off their plates. I found this unsanitary, as she immediately after went to touch other tables, as well as unprofessional due to her having multiple tables waiting for her. The booths weren't cleaned properly, the booths had food in them and the walls were covered with just crusted food.
The food though has been spot on everytime I do come.

If if there was no stars I wouldn't put one my wife and I went to eat ribeyes they were tougher than shoe leather I will never eat there again you'll be wasting your money if you do.

I love Longhorn Steakhouse's food. This was the first time I've been to this location. I did curbside and when I arrived I followed the instructions on the email and alerted them I had arrived. I also called the number which no one answered....I tried for over 10 minutes. I went inside and the hostess directed me to the bar. That person took a while to acknowledge me then after I explained why I was there went to the kitchen but never came back to let me know the status of my order. I was left just standing there. After a while she returned with my order and said nothing. I won't be back to this location. I'll just go to the one on 1604 and Culebra where they are more aware of excellent customer service.

We were there on a Friday night it was very busy. Service a little slow but staff was friendly. Our meal was brought out before salads. We ordered the porterhouse medium rare. It was first brought out almost raw then after cooked was more well done. Steak was a little salty. Baked Potatoes were good.

For once my steak tasted really good, received it exactly how I wanted it. They made sure my family and I were well taken care of. Dessert was amazing, I don't drink so any place that has alcohol gets a 4 star because I had kids with me. But service and for was really good.

First of all , there was hardly no people and they made us wait 15 minutes, after that the both had a urine smell dirty table , I had to wipe it off with the black rag that holds the utensils, the server was taking to much time servicing , I asked her for napkins and she brought us same as what they use in the restroom, my burger was raw inside , i didn't eat it , my wife asked for a ribeye steak and got another different steak dry , burger fries were super salty , I've learned to suck it up and walk it off , I decide never to come back here , period , good luck whoever is reading this ,
Tables are squeezed in between the booths and there's always someone harassing you outside trying to get to you to buy/donate money.

The bread they serve before the meal is not great. It's a whole grain mini-loaf, but it just tastes like sour dirt.
The rest of the food is wonderful. They have generous portions with the chicken, so don't be deterred at a glance by the price. The steak with the parmesan crust was an unexpected delight, and I get it every time I go now.
-1 star because of 2 things: Their service is not great, and they took the fried jalapeño poppers off the menu. The servers we get are very slow to acknowledge the table when we first arrive, and there are almost ALWAYS long periods of time between table visits. Even when I get their attention and I request something, like a refill, some sauce, etc, it takes like 5 minutes. There is one waiter I refuse service from, because he is so inattentive that I literally can't get what I want for my meal in time to enjoy it.
Come here if you like your company and have a lot to talk about, because the servers sure as hell won't be interrupting you.
