Audra M. was notably one of the best servers we've had in a very long time across a large variety of nicer dine-in restaurants. To begin with, we were celebrating my girlfriend's and her dad's birthday and brought a red velvet cake. Without hesitation, Audra offered to put it in the guest refrigerator while we ate. That is something NO ONE has ever done in the past. It seems relatively basic, but it opened up some table space and kept it nice and cold. Little things...
The food came out reasonably quick, especially considering we arrived after the lunch rush had settled down. That was where I would've expected the server to be just a little quicker. But no argument about the delicious steak cooked exactly as ordered... Rare of course but nicely charred. The sides were tasty as well. I don't assume a chain restaurant will be the same at all locations but this one was quite awesome.
What an amazing experience. The steaks are seasoned well and cooked to perfection. I cant wait to try something else on the menu. The bread and butter was bussin'. Everything was just great. The service was phenomenal.
