They ran out of baked potatoes at 6 pm on a Friday night! Huh? That's like McDonald's running out of hamburger buns. Steaks were good. Fire corn was terrible. Dry & burnt. Not a good experience.

We arrived at this location and it was almost vacant. They said it would be a 30 minute wait. I understand because we were a party of 7. After we realized that the could easily put 2 tables together my son approached the greeter and asked again how much longer because obviously there weren't enough people, the greeter laughed and walked away. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional.

Was there today and had an amazing experience.Dylan was absolutely great, very nice and kind, he really knows how to offer great customer service.The manager that was there today, was very professional and runs this place very good, all the employees had great attitude and were happy.I have never been disappointed at this place, food is always consistently delicious, and for this quality of food, prices are reasonable.If you visit Longhorn, make sure to ask for Dylan.
The Manger David was very rude. Did a crub side order waited 15 minutes pass the check in time food was cold l guess it was just sitting thier had to call the restaurant and let them know l was still sitting out side waiting food was made wrong and cold. Call back and talk with a manager and he apologized didn't remember his name but he offered to fix the problem David made it seem like l was looking for free food very rude clearly you see the ticket and what took place .a friend said this was a good place to eat his son is the vice president of the company sorry Jim l thought so until David got on the phone the first Manger handle it nicely David likes to talk down to quest not looking for free looking for what l paid for unfortunately that didn't happen.

Manager had great customer serviceOur waitress lacked the skills necessary to work with a large party , we were a party of 9Mostly all entrees came out wrong if they came out at all not only that waitress wasn’t trying to resolve the issues but immediately went to get her manager and he himself went in to gather the items that we were missing from the kitchen sides didn’t arrive until 30 mins later and steak was undercook as wellVery disappointing outting and it was also my birthday dinner by the way

Love their fire grilled Fillet Mignon! Superb piece of meat! The ambiance is also more peaceful...not loud like other popular steak houses!
