I’ll preface with these are great, salt of the earth, people. Bun was great, toppings good, but the patty might have been store bought. Fries were under cooked. Again, nice people who are trying to make it happen and get people in the door. Niceties are great, but the food better be good too for what is being charged.Parking: Street parking

Came here before the lunch rush and enjoyed talking to Ray the owner and the food was delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in to the restaurant
Went for lunch and ordered the 1/2 lb burger, it was nowhere near, I know I know, they weigh it before cooking, but they must be using 50/50 and squeeze every ounce of fat out of the meat because it was small and dry. A fellow diner got the 1/4 lb and there wasn’t any noticeable difference between the two patties. The fresh cut fries were a nice thought but ended up undercooked and oily. Manager wasn’t exactly rude, but more curt and cold with a woe-is-me attitude talking about how he struggles to find help for the restaurant, essentially making excuses for what he knows is a poor quality meal and service before he serves it to us. This place isn’t going downhill, it’s already resting in the valley. It used to be so good years back. Now it either needs to make a major change, or be put out of its misery. I really hope it gets better because it can’t get much worse.

This was my second visit. The first time was years ago. The service was excellent. The place was clean. The food was a disappointment. The buns were soft and lighty toasted but way too big for meat. I didn't get a good taste from the beef. Lastly, I think it was expensive. Overall, I can't come back.

Food has severely declined over the years and they charge for everything!!! Very rude when asked to do food a particular way!!! Been a customer since 2009 and the way my wife and daughter was treated is unacceptable and I will only return the day they close for good just to celebrate!!!(Reply)Don't try to gaslight these people!!! It was 5:30 and y'all had 30 mins before closing and really didn't want to fix the order!!! My wife and daughter had never been there so if course they were indecisive but what does it matter how many times they change if it's made to order!!! And it wasn't a rude staff member it was you... the owner!!! See this is why small businesses fail because of rude and entitled customer service!!! It might be your company but when I'm spending my money... you work for me and any other attitude is the reason why your business is suffering because I'm a small business owner myself and I would never treat my customers this way even if they came in at 5:59 because it says I close at 6!!! Like I said I'm a small business owner myself and you will never hear my customers complain of rude customer service!!! The only reason they went is because I'm always giving y'all high praise!!! Blessings to you and yours as well just watch how you treat mine!!!
