Ordered the QuesaBirria Taco meal, BirriRamen and the Volcanes combos. Consome is some of the best I've had, not oily or overly salted. You can tell they know how to season. All meals had loads of meat. You'll get your typical sides: cilantro, lime and onion however, the Volcanes and QuesaBirria additionally had pickled onion slivers w/oregano - so delicious!
