Lou’s Woodfire Pizza is easily one of the best pizza spots around. The food is incredible—fresh ingredients, perfectly crisp wood-fired crust, and flavors that really stand out. The service was top-notch as well; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome the entire time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with family or friends.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic wood-fired pizza and a great dining experience. Definitely worth the visit!

This place makes some seriously good pizza! The wood-fired crust is crispy, chewy, and a little smoky, easily the best part. The white sauce is super creamy and flavorful, making every bite even better. On top of that, the service is awesome, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

This is my favorite go to when I want a great pizza. Try the halfshell calzone. Biggest and best in town.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Lets start with the food. 5/5 Service was top notch. We were a big crowd and they accommodated us. The atmosphere was great too. This is a come back place, food drinks and great customer service.

Great freaking pizza!!
Offers curbside when you order online. Does not actually offer curbside. Can be an issue for many people from disabled to mothers and others when you get there and have to go in. I called and asked about the curbside when I got there due to no curbside parking and no parking in general and they said they don’t normally offer it when busy. Or in general. Just a bit frustrating.

Very tasty pizza. Wood-fired oven. Crispy bottom crust, without being hard or burnt. Reasonable selection of pizza and toppings. Friendly staff. Certainly a place worth returning to.

Pizza here is AMAZING! It’s definitely on my top 5! The customer service is even better! I wasn’t able to catch his name but the cashier (with colored eyes) made our experience better. He was so patient with our wild child and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our food. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Lou's on my way into town from Castroville. I was surprised at how highly rated it was, I'm typically quite skeptical. Pleasantly surprised to report that my experience far exceeded my expectations. The dining room was extremely comfortable, soft lights and a welcome respite from the mid day heat. The staff was friendly and welcoming, made me feel like a regular, effortlessly. The star of the show though, was the food. I had a small pizza with pepperoni and meatballs and it was unbelievable, easily the best I've had in all of San Antonio. No contest. I was in Chicago few weeks ago and this was at least comparable, I'd say better. Because I didn't have to go through O'Hare to get it.
It's a most try, I'll be back very soon.

The place was super clean and the staff were super welcoming. Pair that with the amazing original sauce, the cheesebread, and the half shell calzone makes this a 5 star for me! Must try!
