Ivan was the best bartender I’ve ever had, no doubt. Super cool vibe, great conversation, and a fine selection of music. Highly recommend; if I have occasion to come to San Antonio again I will make a pit stop here.

Great spot, friendly knowledgeable bartenders. We watched him make homemade simple syrup as we chatted. Liked that they have “whiskey and wash for $6. A shot of well whiskey and a baby high life.

Solid cocktail, shitty service for a dead bar on a Saturday night
Favorite bar downtown. We go every time we go out. Very chill. Never a big crowd. Great drinks
If you’re in sa I highly recommend this nice well priced bar for your time the staff is great and drinks are even better so yourself a favor a come here
It was good for bar hopping. At this location, I only purchase drinks.
We visited this spot twice over Thanksgiving break when we were visiting town. It has an awesome relaxed feel to it with great drinks and friendly bartenders. We always get the Daddy Daq to kick off the evening.

Similar to others on here. Very cold attitude from the bartender. The high reviews was the reason I went but won’t be going back.

I am confused on all the positive reviews of Low Country. I have visited this place on three different occasions and had a bad experience each time. The bartenders are pretentious and act like you’re bothering them when ordering. I discovered Low Country while meandering through downtown and thought “What a beautiful bar”.
The bartender acted like I killed his cat. Fair, we all have off days. Then, I went with a date and was embarrassed I even suggested it. Gave it another shot and visited once more with my dad & yet again the two bartenders were so rude & I even considered not tipping (I would never do that). The bartender looked at us and right back down at his phone. Then he scoffed and asked “What are you having?” Sorry to ruin your screen time, bro.
