We picked up a holiday meal their middle of the road.$199. I've been eating at lubys for over 65 years since I was 6 years old. The food has always been exceptional and the service outstanding. Christmas Dinner. Today I arrived at the the house and the box all the holiday meal was in collapsed and all the food sides and all landed on the floor. Obviously Ill never order catering or family meals again.from Lubys. Tge gentleman in the back at the pickup was typical Lybys 1st class.

Lubys is a childhood favorite , and my 91 year old moms as well. Its always a good feeling to eat here. Our server was kind , and quick. Food was hot , but the liver and onions was really tough. I was sad. Its one of my faves.

The drive thru informed me that it would be 10‐20 minutes for the liver , and they were out of cabbage. Other than that, everything was good.
Clean, Great Service! Corn good, enchiladas delicious. Could always use more cheese. However, New Potatoes, very salty and pickles sit very close to jalapeños...tasted like jalapeño.

Horrible to-go service. I came in at 1:05 and there was one person in front of me in line and nobody else waiting. I placed my to-go order and waited 30 minutes for a simple Luann plate. Other times I’ve used the drive through other time and have had similar wait times. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Went through the drive through waited 10 minutes behind cars then get to the ordering area she tells me to wait . 12 minutes later she takes my order . I get to the window and it’s another 20 minutes than they tell me they messed up my order and are going to fix it 5 minutes later I finally get my food and get home and it’s still wrong. Never going through the drive through again.
