So my Husband and I went in to have some enchiladas I had them with rice and beans and he had a salad and rice with his we go to sit down and eat and the rice is cold and the enchiladas were way too salty so I returned my whole plate I wanted some liver and onions but there was a 10 minute wait so instead I just got the baked chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans my husband then ordered the fish and fried okra and he asked for mashed potatoes well the baked chicken was dry so I just ate what I could out of it I then asked to speak to Sue and the workers said I couldn’t she was busy so these young guys come to the table and I’m explaining our experience 1 of them says Well I already switched them didn’t care what I had to say my Husbands meal he asked for mashed potatoes and got macaroni by this time we are disappointed and just ate what was given to us and left definitely not coming back for a while.

Always good to For the food being so high like when u buy groceries!!! this would a good place to eat. Nutritious food for around 10 dollar price-this place is great for the old folks Luann platter get me full.. and they also help u carry the trays for older folks thank you very much for that service I appreciate it very much I hope this place never closes they closed the one by my daughters house

We picked up a holiday meal their middle of the road.$199. I've been eating at lubys for over 65 years since I was 6 years old. The food has always been exceptional and the service outstanding. Christmas Dinner. Today I arrived at the the house and the box all the holiday meal was in collapsed and all the food sides and all landed on the floor. Obviously Ill never order catering or family meals again.from Lubys. Tge gentleman in the back at the pickup was typical Lybys 1st class.

Lubys is a childhood favorite , and my 91 year old moms as well. Its always a good feeling to eat here. Our server was kind , and quick. Food was hot , but the liver and onions was really tough. I was sad. Its one of my faves.

The drive thru informed me that it would be 10‐20 minutes for the liver , and they were out of cabbage. Other than that, everything was good.
