I absolutely loved the Luciano Ristorante on Hubner Rd. So when I saw there was one at La Caterra, I was super excited. Unfortunately, I was super disappointed. I sent back my sandwich it was dry, and my niece, who ordered the same sandwich as me, complained that hers was dry but ate it anyway. My wife took 2 bites and pushed it away and asked for a togo box. Now, on hers, I will give them the benefit of the doubt cause my wife was feeling under the weather. I reordered a pizza and still was not satisfied. Not once did the waiter ask how we were doing. But what really got me was each of us ordered water. He refilled everyone but me. I had to ask him to refill my glass. I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years, informing people where to go and what to do. and just recently started writing restaurant reviews to add to my portfolio. Do not recommend going on your birthday. Surprisingly, it was NOT good service and the food and drinks were okay. She didn't even get a simple Happy Birthday when we told the host and waiter. We've been before on a normal day and was hoping for better service on a birthday, nope! We will never return.

Poor service from our server. Food was just ok. Management seemed to be the only one asking the tables if everything was OK and if we needed refills. Our server was nonexistent she dropped off our food and didn't come back till we were done. If you're looking for outstanding service go elsewhere.

Went for a dinner back in February around 9PM. Got seated outside by a heater so it was cozy & had a small waterfall nearby. Food came out in a decent amount of time; I tried the lasagna & it tasted SO good. Overall, good experience:)

Initially I went to grimaldis and waited for 20 minutes with no service. Mind you I only have 45 minutes for lunch. I walked over, was greeted immediately, given a table, ordered, had hot fresh baked bread come out to my table, my order followed about 5 minutes after! It’s delicious!the customer service here is beyond any of the other businesses at La Cantera!

Restroom was out of paper towels and TP when we got there. Spoke to manager. One hour later it was in the same condition. Manager sent a waiter over to speak for her. I had to insist we talk to her. She didn’t apologize! Just said it’s taken care of now. Unacceptable! On top of that, I got sick that night for 3 days! I finally had to go get major antibiotics and colitis meds from my doctor. Will NEVER go there again.

Service was good but the food is really mediocre. They are using the word "Italian" very loosely. The value proposition is broken.Vegetarian options: You can always eat vegetarian in an 'italian' restaurant, but I would recommend this one for vegetarians.

We've walked past this hundreds of times and when we finally chose to eat here, I wished I'd done it years before! Delicious food, friendly service, and sitting outside at the mall is a great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back. Prices are not as outrageous as I thought.
Short, sweet and to the point on this review...average pizza, average service and average environment. Nothing stood out as more than that.

Manager stepped in to assist server when he got behind , delivering food, and checking on kitchen often. She was awesome6.
