Roaches. The young lady said she wasn’t sure if it was a roach or a mosquito. She quickly tried to close the box up and proceeded to throw the empty roach box away. I asked her did she know what a mosquito looked like and she replied oh yeah but was that a mosquito. Like yall these people down here see a roach and keep going. Be aware. Tiny baby roaches at this establishment.

Service. Less than one star guy at the counter was less than helpful my daughter asked for chkn parm and fettuccini pasta and they didn't even say that it doesn't come together they are two different orders then when she finally got it was ice cold... not even crisp. Super lame pizza was ok I guess I mean not many ways to mess that up but come on people

Got a lasagna and it was filled with ground beef and only 3 layers of thin pasta bottom middle and top layer square of cheese on the top and any kind of cheese in the middle Very disappointing I should of gotten a lasagna at Olive Garden w a salad for the same price and to top it off it was so cold in the middle when I tried to eat it there at the mall

This place is trash.. all three workers were rude and probably needed a nap... pizza was cold, pasta was colder... don't waste your money here

Ordered a whole pizza at Ingram. It was ok. I prefer the Luciano’s in NorthStar mall. Pizza is always great and the avocado salads are not the same at both locations. Overall everything is better at North Star Mall.

I don't even care for Italian food but I loved, loved, loved the food here! I had a calzone, and avocado salad with olive oil & lemon vinaigrette. My hubby had lasagna and a triangular bread and ate some of my salad. We loved the unique seasonings in everything especially the marinara sauce which I never order anywhere else but this one was so different. I recommend Luciano's to everyone especially if you have been turned off to Italian food in the past. The chocolate canoli was a first for both of us and we are addicted now.?
The servers were kind, and worked quickly and efficiently especially Alex.

I had the small pasta and side salad for lunch and it was fresh, hot, and delicious. Alex serviced me and he had a great attitude with the delightful customer service.

$12 for 2 reheated morning made slices and a coke. What was I thinking?! Awful pizza at a crazy price. Thank goodness going back to NY soon for the real stuff.

Alex has great customer service, and Leo makes a great pepperoni pizza! I just graduated from BMT and was craving some good pizza. I'm definitely glad I stopped here. I'm originally from upstate NY, so I know what good pizza is. Come on down to the mall and get some of the best pizza in San Antonio!
