The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I love coming here!!!

Spaghetti was perfect Al dente, tomato cause & meatball seasoned well, garlic bread was delicious.

The food was beyond amazing and Alex was kind and helped me pick what to get my first time there! It was so good I had to go back the same day to get more for my family. Will be back when I’m back in San Antonio.

There Pizza is made fresh everyday and the chicken Alfredo is Awesome and Amazing

Alex is amazing! Hands down the best service. He’s so kind and sweet. Very patient and passionate about what he does. He truly made my day! He served every Guest in a timely manner and with a Smile on his face!

We stopped by today to pick up dinner and right away, Alex helped us without any hesitation. He greeted us so politely, answered our questions and was so sweet. Thank you Alex!

Stuffed pizza 🍕 and lasagna was great.

I pass this place every time I come to the mall because I like to park in the back because it's a shorter walk to one store I love. So today was the day I stopped by and grabbed some chicken fettuccine Alfredo it looked so good I didn't pass it up this time. I decided to get the large so it would last several meals for me because it's a huge serving. It came with a piece of bread I am unsure of what kind but ally food is super tasty, fresh, and very delicious. The portion showing in my own plate is maybe 1/3 of the serving I got. The service was super great Able helped me today and answered every question I had. He was kind and super helpful I truly appreciated the great customer service. Overall a 5 star from me will definitely eat here again.

My 12 yr old ordered a slice of pizza and the price on my receipt and what was charged to my card were different. They must've added their own tip. When I went to ask the worker he was very rude.

Roaches. The young lady said she wasn’t sure if it was a roach or a mosquito. She quickly tried to close the box up and proceeded to throw the empty roach box away. I asked her did she know what a mosquito looked like and she replied oh yeah but was that a mosquito. Like yall these people down here see a roach and keep going. Be aware. Tiny baby roaches at this establishment.

Service. Less than one star guy at the counter was less than helpful my daughter asked for chkn parm and fettuccini pasta and they didn't even say that it doesn't come together they are two different orders then when she finally got it was ice cold... not even crisp. Super lame pizza was ok I guess I mean not many ways to mess that up but come on people

Got a lasagna and it was filled with ground beef and only 3 layers of thin pasta bottom middle and top layer square of cheese on the top and any kind of cheese in the middle Very disappointing I should of gotten a lasagna at Olive Garden w a salad for the same price and to top it off it was so cold in the middle when I tried to eat it there at the mall

This place is trash.. all three workers were rude and probably needed a nap... pizza was cold, pasta was colder... don't waste your money here

Ordered a whole pizza at Ingram. It was ok. I prefer the Luciano’s in NorthStar mall. Pizza is always great and the avocado salads are not the same at both locations. Overall everything is better at North Star Mall.
