The food and service is awesome! When I order I don’t even think about it. I just ask the server what she recommends and she never steers me wrong. Always enjoy my meal here. ?

Worst service I've ever experienced at a pizza place. I requested a slice of pizza with extra toppings, but I was lied to and was told extra toppings only apply to entire pies when it clearly states under "pizzas by the slice" extra toppings are an extra 1.49$ per topping. I ended up with a dry slice of pepperoni pizza that sliced up my mouth when I chewed it. They proudly display that they were awarded best pizza in 2017, but it seems that year the other contestants were pizza made of cardboard. Don't eat here. Go to Stouts. Go to Pizza Hut. Go to Little Caesar's. Get some food out of the trash can. Anything is better than this place.
Excellent
I specifically asked if the Hawaiian pizza had tomato sauce at its base, because I couldn't see any in the pie that they were displaying. The older gentleman (owner?) assured me it did - it did not. Fortunately the younger guy (having heard me ask, and I guess unable to correct his boss in public) gave me a small cup of sauce I could dip into. I have no way of knowing why the guy would lie to me, other than he just didn't really care. Then they took the pizza out of the oven too early (you know the place - the pizza sits on the counter all day, then they heat it up by the slice as it's ordered) so it was lukewarm. The ham pieces, however, were brittle they were so shriveled up - I took them off, because they were stringy and unappetizing. Absolutely nothing to recommend here. Nothing. Well, there's the view of the River, but it's a food court, so you can order at any of the other restaurants for the same view. Do that.
Thin crust pizza very good. Salad was very fresh. Did not get a chance to try anything else. Everything looked freshly made!
Arrived 10/4 were the apparent main restaurant was open for a special event only. Their alternative was an area with tables set up in a back hallway with a “bartender” as you’d see at a conference social with the $ tip jar on the lectern-sized “bar.” What a disappointing experience.
Every time we attend the annual TMEA convention, we make sure to make a stop at Luciano's during Saturday lunch before the concerts begin. This year we missed it as they were doing their remodeling. In previous years, we have enjoyed their calamari appetizer, the dipping bread, the margarita pizza & their specials. With them, you can never go wrong with their Limone dishes - whether it was their Fish or Fowl Items. The pasta , the veal & the steak dishes were yummy.
We were tired from travel and a bit overwhelmed by the riverwalk as a conference was in town. We stumbled into Luciano's and were given a nice table way from the chaos. Our server was warm and explained the house specials and we started to feel a lot better. Our dinners were delicious and by the time we were done, all was right with the world. (Yeah, good food can do that sometimes. :) ) Thank you, Luciano and staff for making us feel welcome.
