I should have known when I asked the young lady behind the counter if the lasagna was good and she shrugged her shoulders. She said that a lot of people order it so I gave it a try. I ordered the lunch special which was a Caesar salad and lasagna. Mistake. I honestly believe the lasagna was Stouffer's frozen lasagna. The little bit of ground beef it had in it was artificial meat. A couple was eating pizza there and said it was good. But I just get the lasagna for sure

Chicken ceasar salad was really good but my large pizza was pulled out a little too early. The crust was still a little doughy. Next time will specify well done.

I hadn't eat in a Luciano shop in a long time, today I wanted a chicken ceasar from them so I went. Paid almost $12 bucks for a small salad and while waiting the cook was eating (I assume part of my chicken breast) right in the center of the kitchen window that faces the front/cashier side of the establishment. What a shame when he noticed I was looking directly at him. I lost appetite immediatly thinking that with those same hands he was working on my salad. I took my food and left. Will never go back there. Ever.

Terrible, i Paid $40 for one pizza with a small order of wings and my pizza was horribly undercooked I had to put it in the oven just to be able to eat it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I pre placed my order at 4:45pm to be delivered at 6:30 that evening. I finally get my food at 7:30 and it's cold as ice!
Customer service was good. The calzone bread was soft. Not enough meats inside...Puro Queso...lol.Main Street or Capparellis for the best Calzones.

Great service, friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the calzones are already pre-stuffed, I guess since you can't pick what you want in them. There is more cheese than anything else in them anyway. Almost like a giant cheese bread. Overall it was just okay.?

This place is pretty busy during lunch so give yourself a little extra time even if you order online but the girl at the counter was kicking bootie and deserves a raise! I got the pizza special and the fettuccine with chicken. The pizza was so yummy the pasta not so much. The fettuccine sauce had no flavor and the chicken tasted burnt. Will try a different pasta next time.

Waiter was really friendly and we liked him but extremely unprofessional and told us about how his boss would yell at him and how they oversat his area and it was really weird. ?... The menu offered lattes iced or hot but the waiter said they only do hot and the menu is just incorrect. Not his fault so ok. We ordered the "focaccia" and it was NOT focaccia.... It was just their pizza crust with nothing on it. ? They didn't even try to hide that because they serve it on a pizza platter and cut it into pizza slices. The actual pizza was ok. Good amount of toppings but nothing to write home about. I hope the waiter finds a new job, this one seems terrible!
