The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, perfect for a casual meal. Portions are generous, and the pricing is more than fair, offering excellent value. If you’re in the area, this spot is absolutely worth a visit.

Let’s start with the good: Portions were generous. The roujiamo was absolutely delicious, crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. The soy bean paste noodles were decent, though nothing to write home about.
Now for the disappointment: A bit of background, I was born in Lanzhou and grew up eating authentic Lanzhou beef noodles. So naturally, seeing “Lanzhou Pulled Noodles” (兰州拉面) on your sign got me genuinely excited. Unfortunately, what I received was... disappointing, to say the least.
The broth was bland and foggy, lacking the signature clarity and depth of flavor that defines real Lanzhou beef noodle soup. Essential toppings were missing, and instead, there was a random piece of bok choy thrown on top. The only redeeming factor was that the noodles did appear to be hand-pulled, but even that couldn’t save the dish.
I’m not here to tank your rating. But I do ask, please don’t use “Lanzhou Pulled Noodles” as a branding gimmick if you’re not going to honor what that name stands for. It’s misleading, and honestly, it disrespects a dish with deep cultural roots.

I come here atleast once a week & I am never disappointed, it always tastes just as good as I remember and love. My go-to is the braised beef soup, spicy w/ skinny noodles and of course their pork & shrimp dumplings. You can't go wrong with it, it's delicious & super filling! The host/waitress Sandy is always so welcoming, nice, & helpful. This restaurant has the best authentic hand-pulled noodles yet!

I ordered the handpulled noodle chicken soup and the stir fry noodle with chicken. I asked her initially what type of beef the beef (soup) was and she told me she didn’t know so I opted for the chicken. It was all super greasy and I even asked her what the chicken looked like in the soup and she pointed to the photo of the chicken pieces but when I got home there’s a whole chicken leg bone and all. It was not good at all and I spent $23 on it just to throw it away. Never again.
