I'm being generous with my stars. But we were not impressed at all. I came here once years ago and remembered liking the noodle soup I had that's why I told my mom to try this place out. We were so hungry for dinner after a long day, ordered their beef noodle soup which I remembered ordering that before but it didn't seem the same. Me and my mom had the same thing only hers, have spice but both came out to be very bland. An instant ramen is even way tastier. The broth was like water with a little bit of salt. There was no flavor at all. We really wanted to give it back and just leave but we are nice and understand business. But still. Took our food home so we could add seasoning to it. I don't know if we were just unlucky or what but I mentioned it to our waiter and he says their cook is new coz the owner is leaving. Would never come back.

Ordered 2 hand pulled noodle beef soup and food came fast, but oh boy after 3 spoon of soup taken, we tasted bland food like noodles, meat, and very little vegetable were just poured with hot water, there's no way we can enjoy the beef savour so we informed the cashier guy, and didn't make any effort to solve the issue, so we decided to pay, and leave the place with frustration. We took the food with us, planning to add beef cubes at home.
Waiter never came to check on us

The food was bland and what flavor it did have was less than desirable. Noodles were overcooked and mushy and served at room temperature the cucumber appetizer was also room temperature and not chilled as it should be. The portion sizes and prices were good but the quality was lacking. I rather pay more and get less food that was edible rather than what I got which I did not eat. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They used to be a good portion back then. Look at it now! I would rather pay more. ðŸ˜
Perfect! Be prepared for leftovers. Get the pork and chive dumplings, and braised brisket with flat noodles.

I was not impressed and will not be back. The lady who took my order attitude was just as bland as the food was. The texture of the noodles was really good, but that's where it stops. I ordered the hand pulled noodles with marinaded chicken soup and stir-fried noodles with chicken, which was basically the same dish except one was in a broth and the other was not. The chicken tasted like a rotisserie chicken from HEB or Sam's. Even adding some sesame oil and chili flakes to give it some flavor didn't help. It was money wasted because we could finish our food.
The best hand-pulled noodles in San Antonio. Their soup is extremely nostalgic for me and will always brighten my day. Service is quick and food is great.

I ordered by phone and realized afterward one of my nephews had fallen asleep. I reached out to a neighbor and asked if she could briefly watch him as I went to pick up our order.
I arrived 6 minutes after they told me my food would be ready.
I walked in and went to the register. The lady took my payment with tip and AFTERWARD decided to tell me that the order was not ready because they were changing out the water. As a result, the dumplings weren’t ready. I asked her why they didn’t call me, since they had my number, and she didn’t understand my question. I told my neighbor I was literally pick up the food and returning right after.
She offered no apology. I requested to speak with manager because I wanted to cancel the dumplings. According to her she couldn’t refund because I had already paid, but told me it would take an additional 10 minutes. What she didn’t state was it would take an additional 10 minutes for the water to meet the temperature to get the dumplings steamed. I ended up waiting a total of nearly 30 minutes even after arriving 6 minute late. I had also ordered noodles, which had already been sitting on the kitchen counter. Rather than preparing me a fresh dish of noodles for the inconvenience, she handed me the noodles with the dumplings once they were ready. She offered no discount. Lucky Noodle House, shame on you. I will never return.

The marinated chicken noodles were tasty and filling. Comes with a giant chicken leg that has the meat falling off the bone ?

Went here because we wanted some soup and noodles, and we were not disappointed. We ordered dumplings for a "starter" and they were delicious, pork was the meat. Pork fried rice, noodles and beef, and a beef with broccoli. The meals came out piping hot, which is fantastic in my book. They all were seasoned well and tasted very good. Our youngest had the pork noodle soup and it was enjoyed. We will go back when in the area again.
