🎂 Lucy’s never disappoints their Buttercream with Bavarian cream in the middle is made with such a delight that I keep coming back for more. The breading is not too sweet, always soft, made with love, including thier cupcakes. They are perfect in taste! 😋

Rude old lady took our order, seemed like she didn't want to help. Kept rolling her eyes and had a condescending attitude.
After my family placed an order with her we proceeded to buy extra deserts from the establishment, come to find out, they were over 2 weeks old? This business needs to retire. The atmosphere is so depressing. Cake is so dry and overly sweet, it hurts your throat. Home bakers are flourishing anyways. Last time ordering from this place after 40+ years of my family being regulars.

Love their cakes. We’ve been buying their cakes since the 90s. Everyone loves the icing and designs. Even ordered our wedding cake from here. Customer for life

I went to their store on SW Military Dr. The lady was being so rude. I was asking questions and she was rolling her eyes. I don’t think she wanted to help me out. I asked if they had cookies and cream flavor she looked annoyed and made a face and said they only have basic flavors.(in a sarcastic tone) She made me feel stupid for asking questions. Not a professional way of treating customers. It also smelled like heavy cleaning products in there. Should smell like a bakery in there but nope.

After buying my Cakes from Lucy's, the last several have not been up to par. The Cakes are dry and you can taste the shortening in the Frosting

I called on the phone about an hour after they opened and the ladies over the phone were rude right off the back. The lady over the phone didn’t seem like she wanted to help, I asked for buttercream and they gave us something else. The cake seems as it was made yesterday as it does not taste fresh. Cakes are not how they used to be I would take your service elsewhere!

We had a baby shower and we could decide what we needed cupcakes vs cake. The lady that helped ( Savanna’s mom. Yes I LOVE that name) and we ended up getting both in a smaller amount. It was a hit.
