The food and service was absolutely amazing, it was me and my dad's first time there and they made sure it was special. Our waiter, Zada, was a one of a kind, she made sure we were well attended, provided constant service and gave us plenty of attention. We loved all the different kinds of dips they had for the chips, including a baked bean dip that I personally had never seen before. A staff member from the kitchen provided us with two small famous fajitas since it was our first time there, they were delicious. My dad ordered shrimp fajitas and I ordered cheese enchiladas with beef, they were amazing. I would highly recommend coming to Lupe, it was an amazing experience.

If you’re ever in San Antonio..try this place out. The atmosphere is very nice and the employees are very polite. The food was amazing.

Food was decent, service was excellent but the prices are crazy for what you are getting. 3 crispy tacos for $17.95 is just one example. It's a restaurant that you go to for the ambiance, not price or quality.

Been to this location for food to go and I was assaulted by the manager and reported to their corporate but nothing happen to the manager for scratching my hand while I was getting my hand. Anyway stay away from this manager Kenneth Zackery. Not only did he assault me but started yelling at me infront of all the guest there calling me names that are unprofessional of a managing partner and manager. He is the worst and disgraceful. Just stay away from him and this establishment. Other locations are better then this one.

We visited Lupe Tortilla at The Rim in San Antonio, and it was exactly the experience we needed to restore our faith in good Tex-Mex after a disappointing visit elsewhere. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We got seated quickly, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting.

We ordered the beef fajitas for two, and let me tell you, they were fantastic. They brought out chips, salsa, and even a little cup of charro beans as a nice touch, which was a pleasant surprise. When the fajitas arrived, they came out sizzling on a skillet with all the traditional fixings, plus both corn and flour tortillas. The tortillas were homemade, and the flour ones were especially soft and delicious. We even had a bit left to take home, which was a bonus.

Overall, the service was great, the price was reasonable, and we will definitely be coming back. It’s exactly what we hoped for and more!

Pushes people out of the way, I need a table with queso and margs before I faint.

I came here with my work mates for din din.

Instantly distracted by the promise of queso and a margaritas flight.

Girl just get the queso and barrel marg.

No need for anything else but banging conversation.

I did appreciate vegetarian in menu and the waitor knowing! Yasss big props for dietary knowledge!
