There were 12 people in our group. Our waiter was so awesome! He kept our glasses filled, met all of our needs, and served our food hot. We ate out on the patio and the wind was blowing so hard that things were flying everywhere. Our waiter was so kind and patient even with one of our grouchy people. I want to go back and eat inside where i can hear what everyone is saying. The food was delicious!! I had chicken fajitas

Love love love Lupes!! Especially the one on 281 North in San Antonio. Great staff. Great food. And their table side guacamole is incredible. Fun place to sit outside and enjoy time with friends and family.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and dairy free and i had no trouble at all. I was able to enjoy so much goodness with out cross contamination.

We have frequented this restaurant many times over the years they have been open as well as ordered to go food on many occassions and never had the experience we had today with a to go order. I called the order in at 4:25pm and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. An hour later we we still waiting for food. I called and was told they were packing it up but 30 minutes later still no food. I called again and was told they didnt know what happened but they were giving my husband another persons order who had ordered the same thing. I said really, another petsons order? Is it 1 1/2 lbs mixed fajitas and all the fixins? I was told yes. When my husband got home it was just fajitas, tortillas, chips and salsa and very small amount of the beans they provide with their chips and salsa. No refried beans, no rice and the food wasnt up to par this time either. Each time I called it was an opportunity to fix whatever the issue was but that didnt happen. We paid $81.00 for this and tipped $10 when my husband 1st arrived. So very disappointed in Lupe Torillas Restaurant.

Well, the food is good but the service from Jocelyn was bad, first, she took a little too long to come at the table and ask us for the drinks and the food was a little longer way but we understand that almost every restaurant is short of staff. My situation was Jocelyn our waitress time we asked for dessert it was 7 of us, okay we asked for sopapillas for 4 and also asked for flan and 2 churros. She came back and told us, not churros we asked for two more sopapillas like a waitress took 25 minutes to bring the dessert and had 4 plates of sopapillas each had 6. Imagine our faces Jocelyn's explanation was we asked for four and 2 more they came like that and never told us the sopapillas would be 6 each at begin we order. Jocelyn next time us your brain.

This place should get 10 Stars✨...the food was amazing & my margarita was epic!!!Parking: Located in the HEB plaza in 281-N but it was Easter Sunday so I couldn't shop at HEB.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there and they were happy. They have an outside eating patio with a pond.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw one but didn't need to use it.
