We took our 9 yr old with some friends for his birthday and the staff was phenomenal! Every single staff member we came in contact with went above and beyond for us. (Note: We did not book a party, we just walked in and free played)
I tried to remember names, and I know I forgot some, but the ones I can remember are:

After 2 hours of attempting to call this business , no luck. I was trying to see if you could book a bowling lane and get more details about their summer pass. The recording says u can buy pass online, which I was unable to find. Again if you can’t answer the phone don’t have the option. You specials should be on the cover of you page and easy to find information.
I can’t rate the facilities, as we choose to go to their competition as they answered the phone.
