Good new games great service (except with hostess) but the food has fallen off . Like unreal drop in quality and taste. I used to love the salads and wings.. I don't anymore. Disappointed.
Unfortunately, before I got here, I had called to try to make reservations. I wasn’t able to do that. I was told on the phone by the general manager that it would be an hour and a half wait for a bowling 10 minutes later I get to this place and it goes from an hour and a half to four hours. I’m giving them three stars because of the Manager Leah. If it wasn’t for her, you would not be getting three stars she’s patient empathetic and her staff she has working the counter...
Came in with my spouse and twins and was greeted by our waitress Maleny. She was so friendly, nice, and treated my whole family with great service!!! We love Main Event and always have so much fun here!! Thank you Maleny!!
