Malik’s Philly’s Phamous Cheesesteaks

Recently celebrated my 30th birthday here with a twist. I hosted a mini woman’s workshop where we did yoga (streamed from YouTube onto the TVs), ate great food catered from Malik’s Phamous Phillys, a guest speaker, and arts and crafts at the end. Booking was easy and was able to reach out at any time with questions. Rob (owner of the Rose Bush) called me a week prior to the event to give me the details I needed to stream the video. Vince (manager at Malik’s) was super helpful with the food order and with set-up. I was able to place my order the day before through messenger. They added a door to make the event space even more private from the public. We had our own restroom, plenty of space for decor and drinks, and even a separate table for sweets. This is the place.

The Phillycheese steak sandwich is good, but not worth 20-30 minutes wait time. It wasn’t even busy so not sure why it was so long. Other trucks have much shorter wait times

The fries could have had more seasoning. The crispness was just right, but the seasoning lacked flavor. The Philly cheesesteak was also quite good.

Best Philly cheesesteaks in town! And so much better than the original Genos in Philadelphia, IMPO. Friendly staff and great atmosphere at their Rosebush location.

Philly's is our family go to for Cheesesteaks. There is something about that bread that is chewy and delicious. My fav is the "Malik" - oh, and the fries are bomb too!

Have been coming here for a few years now. I frequent the 1604 Cantina location and always have a great experience. I order to go on line. Pick up time is accurate. Food is always delicious and made perfectly. And great customer service each time at the pickup window! Always a go-to meal for us.
