It was good. I ordered Chicken strips but they were spicy...too spicy for me. Chips were just o.k. The biscuit was good but not hot. The berry lemonade was very good. Thec2 others in my party enjoyed their food. They ordered the biscuits and gravy with egg and bacon.

I love the grits bowl. I'm a deep south girl, and I was beginning to think that grits was non-existent in southwest Texas. However, I found it at Maple Street Biscuit Co., and they make it just like home style. It's bitter cold today, and hot grits was on my mind. Maple Street Biscuit Company delivered. 👍

Edit: Although I had a good time when I visited Maple Street, unfortunately, the service here has to pick up the pace. I worked here briefly and I was so embarrassed at how the kitchen could not get food out on time. The crew were friendly as people, but not good as a team.

Also, please cut off the ultra profane music from the kitchen. I worked as a busser at times, and I don't understand how the crew thought that no one didn't hear the vulgar gangster rap blasting from the kitchen. It was very unprofessional to hear rap playing while customers were left wondering where their meals were.

Sorry, I just couldn't stay at a job that had no order whatsoever, and please learn urgency. Nobody likes to wait hours for a waffle.

Make sure you’re going for the chicken/breakfast items. I ordered the first thing on the menu, Five &Dime. Biscuits gravy fried chicken bacon egg. Definitely made with thought.

Yummy. Had the chicken and waffles. Chicken was flavorful. Waffles were hot and fluffy. Can't wait to go back.

Overall amazing experience from every angle you can look at it. 100 out of 10!

Now this location is by far way better than the location near bulverde rd. The chicken & waffles with that syrup and hot sauce mix, that sweet & spicy flavor is definitely worth trying but don't take my word for it go check this place out.

Ordered it through a delivery service but ordered fried eggs and they were cooked straight through and hard. For a restaurant that predominantly is breakfast would have expected more.
