The mango ice taste like insecticide. I had that and my sister had the amaretto . It had no taste. It’s also very expensive. Baskin Robbin’s is much better.

My friend and I who happen to be in our 80's were served the Best Tasting Banana splits made by Jonathon, a very nice, friendly and courteous young man. Kudos to Jonathon🥰🍌🍨.

Got a strawberry cheesecake waffle cone and found 2 hairs. One in the waffle cone one embedded in the ice cream. One is usually a coincidence but 2? No thank you.

I had the coffee ice cream, the gentleman behind the counter seemed to barely notice I was there maybe because I was so tiny compared to having just served my friend who you couldn’t miss he so tall and big boned. But he did say this new flavor is getting a lot of attention.

Let me share with everyone a wonderful experience at this particular location this afternoon. The customer service was great and so were the shakes we purchased. Served quickly and just the way we wanted them. Good to see family there not only working together but they gave off such great a vibe when we were getting our orders taken. A young man with tattoos on his face politely and spoke very clear took our order. He served us in a very modest manner. We paid and left knowing we would return soon. Thanks to everyone working this afternoon. My son and I were very pleased with it all. Thank you!

This it the best marble slab location the staff is so nice and the owner is a very nice guy and the ice cream is the freshest in San Antonio I will 100% be going back

The Manager Needs to Immediately remove the Cheesecake icecream. It has gone bad and gave my kids and I Food Poisoning all night and vomiting. We all stop eating it when the consistency felt off. Instead of being normal icecream texture, it Was very slime like which we didn't catch because we thought some had melted during transport. This is the only icecream I get from M.S. and I can show you in my history of ordering. I hope you discard right away, no else deserves to go through this hell of a ride. I can upload a picture later, once I have strength to go downstairs and pull out the freezer.

I’m not going to lie, it was my first time going in. The shop itself has a very friendly environment and the employees are very polite. I tried out the Cookie Monster ice cream and let me tell y’all something; it taste like an absolute BUSS ??? 100/10 would highly recommend
