I had the coffee ice cream, the gentleman behind the counter seemed to barely notice I was there maybe because I was so tiny compared to having just served my friend who you couldn’t miss he so tall and big boned. But he did say this new flavor is getting a lot of attention.

Let me share with everyone a wonderful experience at this particular location this afternoon. The customer service was great and so were the shakes we purchased. Served quickly and just the way we wanted them. Good to see family there not only working together but they gave off such great a vibe when we were getting our orders taken. A young man with tattoos on his face politely and spoke very clear took our order. He served us in a very modest manner. We paid and left knowing we would return soon. Thanks to everyone working this afternoon. My son and I were very pleased with it all. Thank you!

This it the best marble slab location the staff is so nice and the owner is a very nice guy and the ice cream is the freshest in San Antonio I will 100% be going back

The Manager Needs to Immediately remove the Cheesecake icecream. It has gone bad and gave my kids and I Food Poisoning all night and vomiting. We all stop eating it when the consistency felt off. Instead of being normal icecream texture, it Was very slime like which we didn't catch because we thought some had melted during transport. This is the only icecream I get from M.S. and I can show you in my history of ordering. I hope you discard right away, no else deserves to go through this hell of a ride. I can upload a picture later, once I have strength to go downstairs and pull out the freezer.Worst Experience Ever!

I’m not going to lie, it was my first time going in. The shop itself has a very friendly environment and the employees are very polite. I tried out the Cookie Monster ice cream and let me tell y’all something; it taste like an absolute BUSS ??? 100/10 would highly recommend

The girls who work here either don't know what they are doing or don't care. One was talking on the phone through her airpods the whole time. The other helping us didnt even mix anything, she just threw it on top.

My parents and I stopped by tonight, and we received horrible service along with runny ice cream. They had just but two people behind us and we had simple orders, however when one of the girls working started helping the people after us I had kindly reminded her that my order had yet to be taken. Instead of helping complete our order she then explained, like if we were d**** that she was not going to help us bc the other girl already was. It would have been easier and faster had they tag teamed our very simple order, yet they had us waiting while other people who arrived after us just so happened to leave before us as well. We were waved off and told to move out of the way so others could pay; had they asked us in a kind manner we would have understood, but we felt disrespected by their tone and how they TOLD us to move. Ice cream was runny but bearable, customer service definitely was not okay at all. If anyone asked me for a good place to get ice cream, this is the first place I would say not to go to.

Absolute horrible customer service! Horrible horrible place. Smells dirty in there too. There’s another marble slab 4.3 miles away. Totally worth the gas money to avoid this place.
