This has to be the worst location. First time we tried this location, was 7m to close - didn’t let us in. & again just now, customer service isn’t great; unfriendly. They don’t ask for my rewards number - I have to ask for it every time at this location. Asked for military discount - which you can clearly see my boyfriend is military .. half the time he doesn’t even have to ask, he gets asked because it’s BLATANTLY obvious, however his ID was in his truck and not my car .. so nope. Sorry. Pay 40 dollars for your cookies and ice cream with skimped on mix ins. Huebner locations all day, but when we’re over here … makes more sense to come to this one. Should really get new staff.

Cone bowl was stale and soggy, ice cream was average at best, and service was neither friendly nor professional. Definitely won’t be being a patron at this establishment again.

I asked where the ice cream prices are on the menu and the worker just pointed and said "everything is behind me" and I asked specifically how much the scoops were (because i couldn't find it), and she stared at me as if i should know. I asked how many scoops are in the best value ice cream and she said 3, there's no way I paid $11 for this. I even asked for strawberries and white chocolate. Wasn't even mixed well.
She gave me a dripping ice cream cone. I'm pretty disappointed. I love marble slab, but this location has a very unhappy/unprofessional worker and all I wanted was a good experience with ordering my ice cream. Over-priced for this flavorless ice cream soup.
I should've seen that this place is a 3.5 star before I ordered. I would've saved $11 and time.

We were able to make an online order for this store even though they were closed. We went to pick up our order and that is when we discovered they were not open. I have not received my refund yet. This store has terrible customer service.

I stopped at this this location on three different occasions. I think I was taking care of the owner with black hair about shoulder length. Every single visit she was very nice and professional, has a warm smile. The cookies are delicious, in my last trip I went ahead and got ice cream and this tasted really good as well. Their prices are great as well! I will be back in the future especially with my kids. Thank you!
