Up at 5:00pm. I got here at 5:03pm and they are closed! Ugh! Sign and website says they are open until 10:00pm. I tried calling the phone number and no one answers and says the mailbox is full. I better get my $63.00

Ice cream was good until we found multiple what seemed to be beard hairs in the ice cream. Very very expensive as well. Will not be returning.

Good ice cream but VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! 1 cone 1 flavor (regular) and 1 ice cream cookie was over 19.00!!! We won’t be back! Actually I’m going to look into opening nice cream store in the area because business like these are price gouging customers!

Ever since they merged and changed rewards apps, For months i've been calling or going in there and there app program is not taken care of, So when you go in there, you can't earn rewards for this expensive ice cream and you can't even use your coupons that you're getting and they're just gonna expire because they won't update their apps.You can use your rewards or accumulate them.

I visited this location not even 15 minutes ago and my whole order was made wrong. My husband and I had asked for black cherry and red velvet with raspberry’s and fruity pebbles as our mix ins and we got something completely different. The only thing that the girl got right for our order was the waffle bowl, black cherry ice cream, and the raspberry mix in. Other than that the red velvet was not red velvet and more of a chocolate and instead of fruity pebbles we got some sort of cookie dough. I understand the frustration of people coming in close to closing, but we only ordered one ice cream all together with two scoops and two mix ins nothing complicated at all. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

I brought my granddaughter for a birthday ice cream and Nathan was the best. He was so friendly and his customer service was exceptional. He deserves a raise or excellent review.

I went to this location there cookies were so soft especially the chocolate chewy cookies. Their ice cream also tasted so fresh and was one of the best marble slabs I have ever been to.

Robin and David behind the counter were very nice and apologetic for the incorrect times on the hours. They definitely made it up to us by providing my topping in the side. Super friendly and quick! Now management! You need to get it together and fix your hours, your poor employees are suffering upset customer due to y’all’s negligence on not updating your times correctly! Unacceptable management. Get it together
