Very pleased with both my fudge brownie sundae and the service provided! A group of people came in after us and the two employees were very efficient in getting the line down and continued to provide excellent service to all customers.

Ice cream was looked and tasted great. I don't understand why they have bad reviews. Both of the people there were quick to take orders and make ice cream. The store looked nice inside and out, as least I didn't see any stray trash or messes. This goes to show people tend to throw out negative reviews really quick but don't want to take the time to leave good ones! This creamery is definitely worth stopping by.

They close at 10 and we walked in at 9:33. They told us they don’t serve anything on the slab after 9:30. We’ve been here before and gotten served from the slab so I’m just they were just trying to close already. The guy didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. He didn’t even look our way either. I’m rarely home and wanted to stop by after dinner with my family. What a disappointment.

ZERO STARS. We went at 6pm (closes at 11pm) and the guy said they didn't have a lot of flavors. We looked behind the glass and they had 3 flavors when there were like 20+ empty bins. I've heard other people say they ALWAYS have most flavors missing, but I thought it was a lie until I saw for myself. Will never go back, that was ridiculous.

The only reason I’m giving 4 and not 5 is because of the limited options. However, Crimson helped me make a concoction that came out absolutely delicious. He was so patient and pleasant. Never made us feel rushed while we decided on what exactly we wanted. We came around 9 pm and even this late, the service was awesome. Thank you for making our first treat here so enjoyable Crimson ?

So this is supposed to be a Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookie - but . . . well, they haven't had cookies for at least 5 months despite all of the signs, displays, etc. inside.So they have two employees - never more. Our recent visit (in hopes of improvement) was another disaster. It took 20 minutes to get 2 shakes and 3 scoops - with nobody else in the store. They were out of whipped cream (again) and apparently there is a nut shortage (according to their sign) that the rest of the world isn't experiencing.Bottom line - we gave them a third and final chance and there's been no improvement and no positive change. I'm not sure how they stay in business honestly, which is sad.

If I could give no stars I would, the berries that were in my ice cream, were sour and rotten. They tasted horrible, and when I tried to call and inform them about it, they hung up the phone, and then refused to answer the phone. Will not go back.

I’m not the type to write reviews but i was just truly upset w what i got. For starters , half the menu wasn’t available. Then they said they weren’t been able to make brownies for TWO DAYS. I also ordered an ice cream cone ( bc they didn’t have time to make waffle bowls ) and i ordered two flavors. the guy who made it just threw them on the slab for 2 seconds just to put it on the cone and have the cone overflowing with already melted ice cream. I also ordered two cookies that were decent and I ordered a second ice cream cone. I spent $20 which also shocked me. The AC was also broken . ironic bc it is an ice cream place.

ONLINE HOURS SAY CLOSING IS AT 10, when you get there you'll find a sign that says they close at 9:40. However they started turning people away at 9:30. Super unprofessional, lazy people.

I would give zero stars if I could! My ice cream was extremely melted even after it was on the slab. The guy wasn’t even wearing gloves and my cup wasn’t even filled. Then my friend ordered hers and they didn’t even mix her sprinkles with her ice cream on the slab and it was just as melted and not full either. The guy literally mixed her sprinkles in her cup, we could have done that ourselves. I will never go to this location again or marble slab.
