They should get no stars. The last 3 times I've tried to come over the last 6 months, and all 3 times they have closed early. If you want to get ice cream here, arrive at least an hour before the stated closing time.

I’ve ordered 3 times through DoorDash, and each time, the order has been wrong. The most recent one, I ordered pistachio ice cream with 3 mix-ins and strawberry ice cream with 3 mix-ins. Each cup was only given 1 out of the 3 that I ordered. Really frustrating when these were for my children, and they have to be disappointed because the workers get a simple order wrong every single time. I can understand mistakes, but when it happens every time, it becomes an issue.

Absolutely terrible. We came in at 9:20 pm, the restaurant closes at 10. The man with curly hair said we could get absolutely no toppings because he had already defrosted the board. When we paid at the register, this man just stared typing on his phone and never offered a receipt. Didn’t say anything. All the chairs are put up. I hope the manager or corporate reviews the cameras. 20$ for ice cream for 2 ppl with absolutely no toppings. This was a horrible experience. I work in the food service industry I would have been fired for this. Calling corporate tomorrow.

The flavors are absolutely incredible—so rich, creamy, and full of taste. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients in every scoop. On top of that, the gentleman who served me was amazing—friendly, patient, and always willing to recommend flavors or let you sample. They made the experience even better with his warm and welcoming attitude. Highly recommend this place for a perfect treat!

The staff here are so kind and friendly! It’s super clean and one of the nicest marble slabs I’ve been to! I can’t remember the staffs names but it was two boys who put a lot of effort into customer service!

Best place to grab Ice cream near the Airport!!. Dell keeps this Ice cream spot super clean and well organized. You are given a warm welcome seconds as you walk in. Coming back , because of the great customer service that is parallel with great ice cream. They are open 7 days a week so stop on by.

I’m very disappointed that the military discount was removed. It’s unacceptable to take away a discount that was previously offered, especially one meant to honor military service. This change is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for those who have served.
