Finally got to take my son out for his birthday and am glad that he picked Marble Slab. Aside from the great flavors they offer and endless combinations, Chase and Alexis were great to my son and I! I appreciate their friendliness and fantastic customer service. Those 1 star reviewers must be so snotty! This place is lovely! Thank you Marble Slab!

One of the few marble slab spots that are still good. A worker there named chase was very enthusiastic and kind while prepping my Oreo ice cream, very funny and kind. Will definitely be coming back!

Ice cream is melted before it's even scooped. Then it's taken and worked over a marble slab to be melted further. By the time I got it, it was more like cream-of-strawberry soup with the strawberries I ordered. When Not at all generous in ice cream OR strawberries. When you level it off in your container, it was about an inch bellow the rim. Very faint in amaretto flavor. I would not recommend this place at all. Yhey didn't have sliced almonds. The girl was pleasant and kind enough to remake it as the first one tasted like the coffee. This happens to be the neighboring flavor in the display case. I hadn't had ice cream from here in a few years. I was quickly reminded of why and how much I do NOT miss it. ?♂️ Overpriced, underportioned and overrated.

So many strange things. . Didn't realize they literally have a slab of marble. So I have no idea how to order, and the menu up there doesn't even help. So I just ask for two flavors in the waffle bowl thing and they ask if i want toppings like heck yeah i want toppings what do you have? they're over there. okay i go over there and pick some and she brings the ice cream over to the slab and throws some toppings in there and puts it in the cup and places it up on the counter and it's dripping down the side of the bowl (i didn't get my waffle bowl thing). i just let it drip a little and then wiped it a bit but then you have to pay and it melts a little bit more and then you have to take the dirty cup and start eating it. my boyfriend got a waffle bowl thing and he gave me some of his, and man it did not taste right, i'm glad i didnt get one. the best way to describe the taste is like a sugar waffle cone with a taste of how cleaning chemicals smell. it literally tasted soapy. i think it was the chocolate dip part at the top. it was the strangest thing. anyway, i spent $19 on two ice creams, and no one ever asked me what size i wanted, i received the "best value" size according to the receipt, i dont even know what a small or a medium was, i didn't see any example cup sizes. i can't believe i ever thought ben and jerry's was expensive. wouldn't really say it's worth it at all. the marble slab itself didn't look too cold. the service was meh. i definitely wouldn't recommend this place, in fact i would actively dissuade people from going here. but anyway, if you have $19 to spend on ice cream just go with a few pints of ben and jerry's phish food.
Came here for some dessert after a lovely dinner my Lord, the options this place has is impeccable I like basic flavors that are elevated. I got the sweet cream and the vanilla ice cream's and they were by far some of the best I've ever had the lady work at the counter, was also extremely nice cheerful and offered us different ideas and combinations, which was more than extraordinary for service. The mood inside was happy vibes. The only downside I would say is the price for the cakes we were going to buy a couple of them but I'm not gonna spend $40 on a small cake.

I was so excited to get the same great ice cream that I've had at other Marbel Slab Creameries. I received plain a** ice cream. They put almost nothing in it. I didn't know because we had multiple orders and I didn't eat it until I got home. Well they screwed me over once but never again and I hope this deters anybody else from coming here.

If you want ice cream do not come here. The ice cream is served melted . It is very soft and I feel like the fridges are not working well. The girl was by herself and rushing to help everyone. I do nit blame her for being annoyed it was busy. They need to do better and not serve melted ice cream.
