I was disrespected when they closed 45 min early and I was in line behind 3 groups and they decided to stop taking orders at me for some dumb reason. I saw other comments saying the same thing happened to them, probably a bad owner trying to cut payroll but 7p-8p is peak ice cream time.. cut payroll from the morning.. Stupid people shouldn't run businesses..

Good icecreams

The older man that works there is rude as hell for NO reason. We waited in line for 20 mins, just for them to let us know they couldn’t mix our ice cream because the slab was too frozen. Not to mention, he wasn’t able to provide any solutions when THEY are the ones who work there, not me and my family. How were we supposed to know what would be available to order. Lastly, we paid Full price on ice cream that didn’t have anything on it. Don’t waste your time on this place.

DO NOT ORDER THE RASPBERRY SHAKE. It tastes like strawberry ice cream and looks nothing like the picture. I tried to refund and even gave my drink back. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. One of the workers kept chewing on a sample spoon, and the worker Marisol was very rude. Marisol argued back and fourth and I walked away with no drink, even though I paid. They said they couldn't remake the drink because they ran out of raspberry.

We visited on the last day of Tax Free weekend. There was only ONE employee working the whole stall. There was a HUGE line because everyone wanted yummy ice cream. He rocked that line! He was quick, nice, and had great suggestions. He should have had help, but he still had a great attitude and was upbeat. Give that guy a raise!!

Saw an employee in the back picking off pieces of waffle from the waffle cones with no gloves, and then restocking them.
