I was disrespected when they closed 45 min early and I was in line behind 3 groups and they decided to stop taking orders at me for some dumb reason. I saw other comments saying the same thing happened to them, probably a bad owner trying to cut payroll but 7p-8p is peak ice cream time.. cut payroll from the morning.. Stupid people shouldn't run businesses..

The older man that works there is rude as hell for NO reason. We waited in line for 20 mins, just for them to let us know they couldn’t mix our ice cream because the slab was too frozen. Not to mention, he wasn’t able to provide any solutions when THEY are the ones who work there, not me and my family. How were we supposed to know what would be available to order. Lastly, we paid Full price on ice cream that didn’t have anything on it. Don’t waste your time on this place.

The young emo girl working there had an attitude problem. Told her I wanted strawberries mixed in and she looked at me and said no can't mix things. I said why and she said "cuss it's melted" like I'm supposed to know what that means. Then the guy said oh but we can put them on top so he helped me get what I wanted. Made me not want to get ice cream anymore

Terrible service! The employees are so rude and lazy. Was told they didn't carry a specific flavor, only to find out the employee just didn't want to walk to the back to get it. I will never return to the location again. Trash!

DO NOT ORDER THE RASPBERRY SHAKE. It tastes like strawberry ice cream and looks nothing like the picture. I tried to refund and even gave my drink back. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. One of the workers kept chewing on a sample spoon, and the worker Marisol was very rude. Marisol argued back and fourth and I walked away with no drink, even though I paid. They said they couldn't remake the drink because they ran out of raspberry.
You can never go wrong with ice cream in my opinion. Marble slab creamery is really good. They take care and preparing your ice cream flavors for you. You can choose from multiple flavors and combinations. I don't think I've ever had the same one twice.

super gross, found long black hair in my birthday cake flavored ice cream. this was in the food court marble slab, expect better service and have heard this happened multiple times already.

I went to the food court location today and ordered a butter pecan cone, the girl making my icecream stopped midway mixing the toppings and looked over to the boy working with her. She then turned to me and said she found a hair in my icecream and offered a free one for the troubles. I was extremely disgusted so opted for a different flavor, which was not my favorite. Do NOT come to the marble slab at the mall if you don't want hair mixed in your icecream!
