Whatever you do don’t order on DoorDash. I ordered two ice creams with a few mix ins and when they arrived both were just plain ice cream with none of the mix ins. I paid a stupid amount for a plain scoop of chocolate and birthday cake. Whoever worked the night of 2/10/25 needs to be spoken to, because this is just unacceptable.

I came today with my kids and we had the best experience!! Vanessa was so friendly, kind, and patient with my kids crazy requests. About a year ago I made a formal complaint about how awful the service was and how dirty it was (included photos). Today’s experience was VASTLY different!! We were hesitant to try this location again and I’m so glad we did! 10/10! What a turn around!

I ordered a cookie cake over the phone and while attempting to pay I was told the credit card machine was acting up and so they would call me back. When they did call back they ran my payment with no issues, however a day later I noticed that I was charged twice for the cookie cake. I called and spoke to a couple of different managers, however they could provide no resolution and just acted like it wasn't their problem. The last communication I had with them I was told that they were waiting to hear back from the person who took my order over the phone to see what happened. They never followed up and my phone calls were not returned any further. I contacted my bank who opened up an investigation into the double charge. I'm not sure if this is a fraud thing going on or where the extra $49.99 went, but I'm rating at 1 Star since there was no assistance with looking into this double charge.

The girls behind the counter were so incredibly kind. They made me feel like a dust particle despite the fact I was absolutely LOADING UP my single scoop. Very demure and very mindful. I will definitely be returning.

Get the cinnamon base, it’s phenomenal!

This location doesn’t accept Marble Slab gift cards. Definitely not worth the price for the small scoop and skimpy amount of toppings.

Really poor quality. I ordered a candy bar “mix in” with my ice cream. I then watched as the lady scraped a small amount of powder/dust off the bottom of an empty bin and sprinkle it over the ice cream. No chunks or even smaller pieces like you would expect from this kind of place. Not recommended.

$6.99 for one plain scoop of ice cream in a cup?... too expensive for me and it tastes no better than an HEB pint of fudge brownie ice cream w/ walnuts.

I went in tonight with my girlfriend and the 2 ladies that were there were very pleasant and friendly. We got cup of ice cream and a shake very delicious.
