I came today with my kids and we had the best experience!! Vanessa was so friendly, kind, and patient with my kids crazy requests. About a year ago I made a formal complaint about how awful the service was and how dirty it was (included photos). Today’s experience was VASTLY different!! We were hesitant to try this location again and I’m so glad we did! 10/10! What a turn around!
The girls behind the counter were so incredibly kind. They made me feel like a dust particle despite the fact I was absolutely LOADING UP my single scoop. Very demure and very mindful. I will definitely be returning.

I'll start off by saying that the shakes myself and my boyfriend got was delicious (Swiss chocolate with oreo added and dark chocolate with oreo), but we both ordered a regular size shake. My boyfriends shake was only about 3/4 full and my shake was only a little over half full, even with whipped cream. Both shakes were also very thin, like too much milk (I assume they use milk as a thinner for the shake, correct me if I'm wrong) was added. I'm also assuming that...
