Not made to order (I had to double-check the ticket so see if we forgot to tell 'em "well done" and "triple sauce"), and VERY sloppy job! Garlic sauce was on the inside of the box, NOT on the crust. The saucing-swirl was very sloppy and not uniform; the cheesing-edging was bad and the toppings/cheese pulled away from the crust bad while cooking; the crust didn't taste ANYWHERE as fresh/tender the first times we were there. Different store staff this time (compared to the first two.) 3/14/24 ~5:30pm --Will revise Review after next order.)

Wow just wow. Got Marcos Tuesday night, we had a Chicken, bacon, pineapple pizza and it was amazing. The pepperoni was really good too a the cheesy bread was also delicious. Perfect crust! And the service was great! I’ve never had someone look me in the eye like that and tell me thank you. It felt so sincere. Definitely going back we found our new pizza place.

Ordered in advance to prevent wait time to make easier. Spoke to a younger man, believe his name was Chris. Took my order but sounded somewhat confused on 1 large pepperoni pizza towards the end but told me "okay 1 large pepperoni pizza" . Drove 30m to get my order to find out he never placed it in the system, he left before I arrived leaving the coworkers in disarray on my missing order. Luckily the other 2 young ladies were able to fix their incapable coworkers mishap. Won't recommend this Marcos to anyone. 1/5 stars.

Pizza here is the only reason this place stays open I'm pretty sure. The service is bad, like bad, bad. We got pizza there one time and they "didn't " process our payment right so they double charged us and said one of the charges would come off our account. Which did NOT happen. So, when we went in and talked to the manager he was like, "I don't know what to tell you." Like come on, your books would be off with an extra payment. We had to call the owners to get any money back. Ridiculous. We like the pizza, but we'll go to another location due to this interaction.
I went 3 HOURS early to have 4 pizzas delivered for my daughter's 3rd birthday at a specific time. After being 10 min late the informed me the driver was just down the street. At 30 min late they didn't know where their driver was. At 45 min late I requested a refund on my delivery fee. They said they couldn't do that but could give me a gift card for a future purchase. HELLO I'm never coming again unless you do something for me now. Never eat or order from this location.

I decided to try Marcos on Babcock rd and bought the pepperoni magnifico. It was over cooked. The bread was hard and the pepperoni was crunchy. I chewed my way through one slice and threw the rest in garbage. It was awful. Never again!!

I was told by someone who normally visit Marco's Pizza that they were really good. so I decided to check it out myself mainly because I had to purchase some pet fish close in the neighborhood but I wasn't disappointed at all. On a food scale from 1 to 10 I'll bless them with a smooth 8 . Buck
