I ordered a pizza and wings through my FAVOR APP and the total due was $36.45. This did not include my $5 tip so in total I authorized $41.45 to be debited. Some would argue that this is overpriced but I wanted to try something different so didn’t mind splurging a little bit. The next morning I reviewed my bank account and noticed a charge from FAVOR- MARCOS PIZZA in the amount of $50. 22. I was confused because prior to submitting my order I reviewed the total and everything was correct. I went to my FAVOR APP to review my order and to my surprise MARCOS PIZZA updated the amounts on my order, increasing the total amount by $ 8.77! This receipt is not generated until AFTER the order is delivered so this increase in price was done without my knowledge or consent. I do not have the time or energy to dispute the difference I was charged so felt compelled to post my experience here in order to caution others of this shady practice. I will never do business with MARCOS PIZZA again.
12/24/2025- Update: MARCOS PIZZA replied by providing a link to submit my complaint, stating they would investigate(see below). I filled out the information it asked for and still have NOT received any notification that my complaint was received or resolved.

So the first pizza was messed up so they replaced it for free no questions asked and even upgraded it there's sweet kind people who work there

Drove 40 min to location to pick up a 50.00 order and at 11:02 the employee told me my order was canceled at 11:00 and I would not be able to pick up...furious...never again

Called to make an order was looking forward to there great pizza, had to wait not a problem but when employee came back to take my order she was rude , unprofessional, and rushing me to finish my order. Is that it was all she said. After the I told her I had more pizza to order she still was rushing me I finally told her forget it my order! So unprofessional! Won't go back to that Marcos pizza location!

My first time placing an order on the phone. The young lady was kind, patient and understanding. This means so much for a senior citizen like myself. The pizza 🍕 was delicious and prepared just as I ordered. When I arrived to pick it up they were so kind, friendly, smiling and respectful. They asked if I needed any Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes! I didn't even remember to ask! They all made my experience a great one and I will return ! 😊 Thank you ❤️

You might as well just get delivery because if you go pick up, you’ll be there forever. The guy in the front doesn’t know right from left.
I called in my order at 546 pm I called to make sure it was being delivered . They said it's on route. At 705 I called back was put on hold for 15 min and no one ever came back to the line. I hung up called back and was put right back on hold wasn't even given thee opportunity to say anything. Worse customer service ever. It's 722 my pizza never got here. No courtesy call or nothing. I was never able to get a hold of anyone. Thee pizza is good but horrific delivery service ever. No Pizza or salad. Poor Customer Service.

Good pizza. Something they don't tell you, if the order is over 50 bucks, they won't deliver. That's 2 pies. 52 bucks and won't deliver. Dam shame. They were starting to become my go to. I'd rather driver to another eatery than get crossed lines of comunication.

If I could give no stars I would.Me and my husband live next door and walk to get pizza. Sometimes the manager or the GM are outside smoking marijuana. The short young lady at the register with glasses that looks like a manager is snobby and rude. Rolling her eyes with ugly expressions on her face. Horrible customer service. No gloves no hair nets dirty floors. I wonder when was the last time they were inspected. If it wasn't for good tasting pizza we would probably just walk to Las Palapas and save us 50 steps lol.
